Factory Direct Craft

This was my first and will be the last time I order from Factory Direct Craft. I ordered a miniature plastic table kit for 7 dollars and a miniature metal chair for 9 dollars. The plastic table was made of flimsy plastic and the pieces didn't fit together at all. The chair came damaged. When I went to return them, the return cost more than the items! So shabby merchandise and expensive returns. When I complained to the company the offered to send a label, but would charge me 8.95 for the return. No thanks. I'll go to my "go-toos" and other small companies who care about returning customers.

Everything I asked for and more. Prices are good. Purchase and delivery is the best. Had what I ordered in a matter of days even at the peak of Christmas season. Very highly recommend. Will be my go too place from now on.

I was going through, collecting dollar store esque craft items for my cart, assuming I would qualify for free shipping because no where on the main page does it indicate otherwise. Once I proceed to checkout I'm shocked to see shipping applied and it's an excessive $50 USD! It's "Express", the only shipping available to international buyers - what the hell? I mean, I know not all sites give non US citizens the free shipping deal, but haven't these idiots ever heard of standard shipping? Even on small singular items - who is honestly stupid enough to pay five times the amount of their purchase on shipping?! Disgusting! Forget them!

They provided great product and fast shipping. I ordered 19 items and all were packaged well and came as expected. Also reasonably priced!
