It is truly unfortunate that this company lacks integrity. I order fabric and was suppose to get a discount. The discount was going to be refunded back to me as agreed upon. I never received the refund. I sent numerous emails and phone calls with few responses. The fabric quality was great... however, this did not out weigh the fact that the company's business practices and customer service are poor at best. In addition I believe they over charged on the shipping cost. I wish I had read reviews before I dealt with this company. Luckily, I found a another company with better prices and a better reputation. Recommendation: do not do business with this company.

Ordered product from them over a month ago, took my money, sent me a tracking number. Tracking number still shows that USPS has not received the item. I've sent numerous emails and all they said was "you'll get your item". Worst experience ever, still unresolved, no more communication from them and no merchandise. Now, i have customer orders that i cannot fill because i cannot complete the items and have to find a new source.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THESE THIEFS. Ifabric.com is the devil!

This "company" is the WORST! They never gave me an option as to how I wanted my fabric shipped and then they claimed that UPS lost the package. When I called with my claim number to UPS; UPS stated that THE COMPANY NEVER SENT IT! When I tried to call the company, no response except an over feed voicemail! Now after THREE WEEKS now via email they are saying sorry for the trouble but they lost the " order number". They had it when I paid for it. But now it's refund time and OOPPSS, they lost it. NEVER BUY/DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS " COMPANY"! They know you when they want your money but after that... they don't know you. THEY ARE THE WORST!

One of the worst companies ever, if you like to deal with scammers, shop here. This is a fraudulent / unethical company who should not be doing business. They oversell, deceive and sell sub par product. They are on various platforms selling and scamming and need to be stopped. As you can see from the previous reviews they are $#*!ty and do not care about their customers or business. They over charge daily on shipping ( by the yard and it costs more than the fabric in certain instances - if you want expedited shipping they will double the price on you! They do not ship on time, and overselll customers. I am hopping this review will be read and stop people from shopping here. Looks like the only way to stop this company is to hit them where it hurts and stop their cash flow. They take your money for 3 plus weeks, do not ship and hold it without shipping on time and then send you an email saying it was damaged when it never existed. Beware! Scammers, liers and money hungry company, report them on every platform you can until they are shut down.
