I have not received the order from fabkids as of today, December 09,2022. I track the shipment every day. It left Columbia,SC on November 30,2022. Tracking says it is in transit but is delayed. These are Christmas gifts. I had to order different shoes to replace the ones that have been lost/very slow in delivery. I really could not afford the second order but felt like I needed to make sure the children had shoes. You see the girls lost their father back in June. He was the one who made sure they had everything they needed and most of what they wanted. They always had the best Christmas. Now, they don't even get what they need, much less what they want. I found out they all need shoes so I ordered them from you because I love you products and the timely deliveries. I've never had a problem until now. I just hope the next order comes in before Christmas.
You have to phone multiple times to cancel while the person on the other end tells you that they will not refund money and if you don't shop right then you will no longer get the special pricing. The products are of terrible quality and they have limited quantities. All boys do not like dinosaur clothing and no child likes wearing shoes that fall apart after a couple of weeks of wear. Just don't shop here there are so many better options.

I bought my daughter 2 pairs of the slip on tennis shoes they were on sale or they had a special for 2 pairs it was under 20 for both.she wears them both to school. She said they are very comfortable.we will definitely be buying more shoes from yall. She loves fab kids shoes and she says she gives them ten stars…

Bought three pair for literally nothing for my daughter they are amazing quality and super cute
The clothes and shoes don't withstand play or washing very well. It's never worth buying at full price because of the poor quality. Nothing lasts long enough. Recently the designs have become extremely hectic. It would be nice to see some more classic looks.

Clothes are not great quality, fit very inconsistent. You end up paying far more than what the clothes are really worth. They make cancelling difficult. I never write reviews, but feel obligated to advise against getting sucked in to this weird subscription model.

I purchased 3 pairs of shoes, a hat and 2 headbands, all on sale, for $55 USD ($68 Cdn) Such a great deal. AND every single item is adorable! I can't wait to see my nieces light up (two pairs of the shoes actually do light up!) when they see them!

I got my daughter the kitty light up sneakers which she LOVED and was so excited to have. Within the first day two straps of the Velcro just completely came off. She didn't rip them and was not rough with them and didn't even make it outside before they fell apart.

The size I ordered was too small. It was simple to find the return spot. No need for repackaging and as long as I had the original barcode on shoes, it was fast. The shipment of new pair took a few days longer than anticipated but when they arrived my child was excited to wear them! All worth it!

Love the outfits, cant decide which is my favorite, Christmas outfit, dress, or mermaid shirt with scale pants. Dont know what I'll choose for her to wear for Christmas day. We might have a fashion show.

Membership is very hard to cancel, call center staff (outsourced) were rude and just kept repeating a script, website difficult to navigate. When you place initial order you end up in some club that charges you every month, which was VERY unclear from the get go. Shady.
Member credits should return to how they used to be - off the total, not pick and choose which single item to apply to as many are not worth $50. I will be discontinuing my membership for this reason. Scam artists.

My order still hasn't even shipped after several days despite website stating "processed and shipped within 2 business days".
My Facebook messages are flat out ignored.
Chat just makes me talk to a robot.
Don't bother, just go to the outlet stores. You can actually try stuff on there anyway..

I learned of the site from a fb pop up advertising $5 shoes/sandals for kids. The shoes were as priced, and my daughter loves them. They also arrived in timely fashion before the expected arrival. Will be shopping again.

Answer: Omg! I didn't realize I signed up for a membership when I made my purchase! Ahhh this is a pain! The lady almost didn't let me cancel!? They also won't give my money back!
Answer: They charged me 39.95 and still charged after I skip a month. There scammers.
Answer: Even after I cancelled I was still charged until I cancelled my credit card scamming company!
