Great quality and fashionable shoes at a reasonable price
I love this program and it has amazing perks, choices, and amazing prices. However, my kids boots haven't lasted them but a month or so. They're already peeling and pieces of them are coming off, making them no longer waterproof. I know they were only $10 or so… but other stores have affordable shoes, also, that last longer.

I ordered two pairs of shoes for my daughter. The price was great and shipping was fast!
I ordered tons of leggings for my daughter for cheer practice and was very disappointed with the quality. Her two black pair came torn down the seams and the others were all the same size but all fit differently. I can't say that I will be making another clothing purchase ever again.

Ordered 2 pair of shoes as a gift for someone. They sent me a package with a different second pair than what i had ordered. Called up customer card and initiated a return.
This is heights of negligence. Why the hell I should get into a contract to receive incorrect items.

I ordered 3 pairs of pants, a hoodie and a pair of boots but the boots did not arrive. Customer support has not responded to my call.
Thought I was cancelled in October 22. Just spent an hour on the phone trying to cancel after being charged for the last 6 months. I was told they will only refund 3 months. I would not recommend them to anyone and would advise everyone against getting a membership with them. I was told I should use my "CREDITS" to purchase items before cancellation. Even after I expressed how unhappy I was with the quality of the shoes and clothing! Thanks but no thanks

I bought 3 pairs of sneakers. 2 of the 3 run so small that my daughter might only be able to wear them for a month tops. It was a waste of money. I would've ordered a size up had I known this but it's too late now.

Not happy I received a broken shoe. First time ever ordering and joining vip and I get a broken shoe?
The shoes are cute and the monthly membership seems like a good idea; but it's not worth the money. You will still end up paying extra each month for shoes you probably could have bought an identical pair of on Amazon for cheaper.

My daughter has been using shoes for 3 weeks. After the second week, there was already a gap at the beginning. And already broken, the glitter is broken. Did $40 shoes last that long?! Only 2 weeks!

Cute shoes but not true to size. Way too small. I will be returning both pairs.
The sizes seem to be true to size and are just as described. Haven't had long enough to really see how they hold up but they seem well made.
Ordered 2 pair shoes for my granddaughters. They were received in a timely manner and great quality.
Answer: Omg! I didn't realize I signed up for a membership when I made my purchase! Ahhh this is a pain! The lady almost didn't let me cancel!? They also won't give my money back!
Answer: They charged me 39.95 and still charged after I skip a month. There scammers.
Answer: Even after I cancelled I was still charged until I cancelled my credit card scamming company!
