I have not received my order yet even though it stated it would be here by Nov 18
I was able to get a bunch of cute shoes for a good price. I caught the Memorial Day sale and bought like 13 pairs of shoes for less than $100 with shipping! All my kids love their shoes so win win for me.
Love love love these shoes. Great material, quality, true to size, super cute shoes. My daughter is in love with all of her shoes. Did I mention the savings on cost with these shoes?!?! We all need that nowadays! Thank you for your product and opportunity to save money on cute shoes our children can trend!

Good products, lasts long especially with an active 4 yo that likes to pretend to be different animals and often will be on all 4s. Good durability and washes well and hardly stains with proper cleaning products. I'll keep ordering
Have not received order. Both kids will be starting school before the order arrives. Super disappointed I ordered August 6 today is August 20.
They take extra payments while your a member and then they keep taking after u cancel your membership. I've lost hundreds of dollars. I always get in contact with someone easily but they never delete my banking information like I've asked or refund money
True to size my oldest daughter is a size 1 but couldn't get her feet in the shoe so next time I'll go up a size
The clothing and shoe quality are mediocre and there are not very many options to pick from.
All the shoes and boots were small but I brought everything a size big also so just really disappointed
Would have 5 stars only issue was delivery date kept changing but overall I'm in love with the boots I got for my girls. I will definitely be a lifetime member and I recommend this to all of my friends and family.

There was an issue with delivery. Once it was resolved, products received were great and Sonny loved his new shoes.
Ordering was more or less simple. Had had time finding the right size for Rachel for the items that she wanted.
I had a little trouble understanding the use of credits, but figured it out.
FabKids shipping was fast. The shoes are terrible quality, don't fit to the foot, and are very uncomfortable. Definitely would not recommend, no wonder they're so cheap. They may be cute, but don't get them.

I got a gift from fab kids and I thought I was making a purchase but then it had me sign up for the subscription without me acknowledging it and it is difficult to cancel on the website once you subscribe they don't make the cancellation easy to find.
My order is 2 weeks late and I can't seem to get in touch with an actual person to help me. I will never deal with this company again
Fabkids customer service is not helpful at all and fraudulent! I paid $15 for expedited shipping to get my kids' shoes before the first day of school. It was guaranteed to be here in 2-3 days. It has been 6 days and I still don't have the shoes! The agent kept repeating the same scripted speech insisting they were still within their correct time frame when they clearly are not! He refused to listen or be the least bit helpful! I will not use Fabkids again!
