Ordered shoes on sale. Received email for tracking number. Package was damaged at a checkpoint. This was the last info received last month.

The shoe quality is great and they are true to the picture. I went with the size chart and should have gone a size smaller, but she will grow into them non-the-less!

Every pair I received fit true to size and she loved them didn't want to take them off

Order never arrived!. Ordered was supposed to be here on the 14th and it still has not arrived. Customer service said it should be here today still no order! Very dissatisfied!

I'm a lil upset because my order was split up. I received one pair of shoes and got an email saying the post office declined my package because it was opened. What do I have to do about it. Will my shoes come at a later time?
