No problem at all canceling autoship after I stocked up on too many shoes. Highly recommend this company. Don't expect $200 shoe quality but the shoes are a great deal.

I got 2 different sizes one was right and tbe other was wrong I ha e 2 girl and one can wear her shoes and the other younwould think you size mean one thing but no it don't

There have been a lot of adds on Facebook saying shoes are $5 which in the past they have been during this time. I went to the website and they do not have any for this price but they have a very limited selection of small items for $4, no shoes. Lately I have been disappointed with my subscription and have not been able to find anything I like for a decent price. These shoes are made very cheaply so I guess I assumed they would be sold for a cheaper price than Walmart shoes. When compared Walmart brand shoes hold up and do not break as easily and they are cheaper than fabkids. I have had my subscription for over a year and I have bought a lot of shoes however they never last and most break, the sole gets a hole or rhe seams come unglued.

I was terribly disappointed because the sneakers I bought for my son was supposedly perfect for his Christmas concert outfit. A day before the concert the parcel arrived. The packaging label was size 3 but the sneakers inside was size 2. It was frustrating because we didn't have time to go shopping and the weather is extremely cold these days. My dissatisfaction made me call the customer service for a return label assistance and cancellation of my VIP membership.

Answer: Omg! I didn't realize I signed up for a membership when I made my purchase! Ahhh this is a pain! The lady almost didn't let me cancel!? They also won't give my money back!
Answer: They charged me 39.95 and still charged after I skip a month. There scammers.
