I called to cancel my subscription a rep offered me 50% off my next order to stay.
So I said okay and proceeded to place an order for some Christmas items.
I picked what I wanted and realized there was a price issue qt check out so I called customer service again and she didn't know how to fix the price difference it was telling me 1 price in My cart and her another. Then she said that price was just for the shirt when the description Cleary said "set"
Pants and top. After a long time of being on this call and her asking for assistance from a manager still not resolved. I got so frustrated then she said I couldn't use the 50%off because I had money in my account?!?!?! Why not that is my money and the agent that gave me the discount knew I had money in my account.
Anyway she wouldn't let me use both so I canceled my account and got a refund of the money in my account. Then I placed an order for the things I needed after I got off the call Then canceled my subscription again. Very disappointed with the level of service I didn't spend a ton of money but over the last couple of years I've been a pretty good customer in my opinion.

I purchased a pair of dinosaur sneakers for my almost 2-year-old who hate shoes and will not keep them on, they fit him perfect and look adorable and they stay on literally all day. Got the unicorn rainbow sneakers for my daughter she loves them!

I ordered 4 pair of shoes. Two were right and the other two were wrong. The actually shoe was right but I ordered size 11 in both and one pair I got sent a size 9 and the other a 13. Completely bypassing the actual size I ordered. I want to switch them for the right size.

Answer: Omg! I didn't realize I signed up for a membership when I made my purchase! Ahhh this is a pain! The lady almost didn't let me cancel!? They also won't give my money back!
Answer: They charged me 39.95 and still charged after I skip a month. There scammers.
