Everything is either too small, too big or not size I ordered. I need to return stuff and cancel my subscription, already tried once but they said before they could cancel they would need me to setup my account.

Ordered 2 shoes that are light up. Separate purchases. Both shoes are faulty only one lights up. You need to return before exchange can be processed which exceeds time to actually give the gift if needed.

Made an order for 2 pairs of kids shoes and 2 outfits (2pcs) in November, when we received the order, the one pair of shoes that I ordered a size 4 in, came to us in a size 1. I tried to go online to start a return and because these were "on special" I had to call customer service. Spoke with customer service, was on the phone for 45 minutes going over what we wanted to exchange and what we wanted to keep. I was keeping a pair of pants, returning one of the outfits and exchanging all of the shoes and one shirt. The agent kept placing me on hold and coming back on asking me what condition the clothes were in. I told her multiple times we only tried them on, they still had tags, we just needed different sizes. She kept asking me still multiple times. Once that was straightened out, I gave her, several times, and I mean several times, over and over, the style and size of the items I needed replaced. She assured me she placed the order and I would just need to send back the items we didn't want/were exchanging. When I finally hung up with the agent, I went on my account only to see that she ordered all of the wrong items, and in the wrong sizes as well! I mean this was after a very long conversation where she repeated back to me what I was ordering. So I again call customer service the next day, go over Allllllllll of the previous conversation I had with the first agent, and the second agent attempted to fix what the first agent messed up. She got almost everything right except for the one pair of shoes, these were still wrong, but I was NOT dealing with customer service again so we just kept the shoes since they were at least the right size. I canceled my very new subscription right away and will never buy from here again

I haven't seen the merchandise yet as I had it shipped directly to the receiver. I didn't like how I couldn't avoid starting their subscription in order to make the purchase. Now it will be up to me to remember to cancel the subscription or get charged the almost $50.00 fee.

Answer: Omg! I didn't realize I signed up for a membership when I made my purchase! Ahhh this is a pain! The lady almost didn't let me cancel!? They also won't give my money back!
Answer: They charged me 39.95 and still charged after I skip a month. There scammers.
