Got 3 pairs of shoes

I got 3 pairs of shoes they are absolutely adorable and very well made! My niece is going to love them on the other hand after receiving my shoes and paying for my order. On 12/09 Fabkid.com tried to charge my card 4 times for a charge of 49.99 I had to get a new card as the old one was tore up and deactivated because of fraud. I was going to order more but now I'm afraid of fraudulent activity on my new card.

Good price, crap timing

Prices are great of you have vip, but vip is $40 a month? Almost makes it not worth it. And to top it off, I get no updates on my package. So not only has it not arrived, but I have no idea where it even is.

Light up shoes

Orders light up shoes, one didn't work.
Called support we were able to get it working together.
Said if stops working for any reason call back.
It stopped working I called back they sent me a new pair and emailed a return label. Great customer service.

Don't Ship with ontrak

The purchasing was easy and have great deals and styles... my issue is shipping. Ontrack has to be the worst company to ship with. You can't get in contact with anyone over the phone, it takes 2 to 3 days before anyone responds on the chat or text messaging and even then it's still a problem. My pack was suppose to be delivered on Monday, they said address was wrong. How is that IDK I live here but ok. Then I tried to contact someone and didn't get a response until 30 hrs later. It's Saturday and I still have not received my order. Called Fabkids and they said, you have to wait until the 2 week mark from the time it shipped before they can do anything... personally I feel that is not right and kind of ridiculous. It's been 3 weeks since I ordered and I can't get a refund nor assistance with the shipping.

Had a good experience

I bought about $300 worth of clothing and shoes. The shoes were a little cheaper than anticipated but for the price he still can't beat them but the clothing quality and durability has been exceptional. The outfits they have picked out are great and interchangeable and my six year old wear through some stuff.

Boots don't light up anymore.

My experience was good. Received purchase on time. But the boots that I purchased don't light up anymore after just having them for one week. It was one of my granddaughters' favorite thing to wear but is very sad it doesn't work anymore. I was so disappointed.

Have not received the order
December 10, 2022

I have not received the order from fabkids as of today, December 09,2022. I track the shipment every day. It left Columbia,SC on November 30,2022. Tracking says it is in transit but is delayed. These are Christmas gifts. I had to order different shoes to replace the ones that have been lost/very slow in delivery. I really could not afford the second order but felt like I needed to make sure the children had shoes. You see the girls lost their father back in June. He was the one who made sure they had everything they needed and most of what they wanted. They always had the best Christmas. Now, they don't even get what they need, much less what they want. I found out they all need shoes so I ordered them from you because I love you products and the timely deliveries. I've never had a problem until now. I just hope the next order comes in before Christmas.
