I bought my daughter the 2 for $20 shoe deal. 1 pair of high top sneakers, and one pair of pink leopard print of ugg style boots.
The sneakers thing to be good quality, however even though they were the same size as the boots they were about a size too big. The boots seems nice but after wearing them for a month the whole sole of the shoe just began coming off. After one month of wearing the boots they were literally coming apart. I would not buy from this company and in again. Horrible horrible quality especially for children's clothes

Boots had a square cardboard in the boot which made it have a big indent that is permanent. Also noticed from just taking a step how they have big increases in them telling me they will not be a great value after a couple wears. One shoe had a black dot stain like on the top?

I am always happy with what I order. My grandkids are so excited when they get clothes and shoes from FabKids. The only negative is on returning something. It's not very user friendly. I dont have a printer or a desktop computer. To print a label.

I bought shoes for 3 different kids and they where all affordable and true to size.
Every shoe was one to two sizes bigger than what is marked on them being in a budget = means that my child either wares extremely big shoes (3pairs) from your site or the one pair we got when she was measured in store that are true to size

Some of the stuff I have got from FabKids have been great, but a lot of the shoes have fallen apart quickly (the sequin boots were missing have their sequins after 1/2 a day) and the girls clothing is too babyish for the age range it goes up to. My daughter is 7 and has not worn unicorns and princess stuff for years.

Well, they are fun snd affordable… BUT the purple glitter unicorn high tops only lite up for
2 weeks. The dinosaur lite ups have bern great. Still working. The clothes were good quality. Fox dress is adorable.

My daughter was very excited to try FabKids because they have some really cute options. The first order we placed arrived within a week, and the clothes were cute as pictured however they started to fade after one wash! Her leggings are already torn at the knee after only a couple months of wear. The second order we placed on Nov 21 still has not arrived. We've been charged, but no order has been delivered. Every time I contact them I am told "shipping delays" are the reason, and to contact them in a few more days. Every time, they add more days. At this point I figure I am never going to see an order or be refunded. Steer clear of this company! We switched to KidBox and have had MUCH better service.

I bought a haul of clothes for my 7 year old daughter. Everything is super cute and as pictured, however there aren't any fur lined leggings or anything, so she can't wear the cute matching outfits when the temp is below 30, which is basically the whole winter where I live.

I purchased a couple of pairs of toddler shoes with a two for one promotion and $10 off "special". The shoes haven't arrived and I suspect they will be just fine when they do. However, because I happened to actually read one of the flurry of e-mails they sent after my order I noticed that I was now a VIP. VIP's get great prices, special discounts, yada, yada, yada. They also are enrolled in a program that bills them $26 dollars every month unless they order something or click a link to refuse. Forget to click and you pay $26 for nothing. I cannot imagine this is a legal business practice but it certainly is at least dishonest. I will research FabKids, their owners, corporate affiliations etc. and stop doing business with any of them.
The clothes are not as cheap as they say and the quality is so/so. I was a member for quite some time, and only because I kept forgetting to cancel each month so I would have to keep using my member credits. I had built up 7665 reward points over time. One day I talked with someone online to cancel. I was never told that all my points would be erased once I was no longer a VIP. Interesting that they don't credit you the $40 they charged you for the month but they will delete all the points you EARNED. I spoke with someone and explained and was told no way to get them back. I even asked if they could possibly give me a small courtesy credit for being a member for so long. NO. They will, though, offer you credit to stay on as a member, so they have the capability. Waste of money! You can get better clothes at Children's Place and way cheaper will free shipping all the time.

I order 6 pairs of shoes for my kids and when they finally did turn up, they were great and the kids love them. However, the shipping was awful! It took 3 weeks to get from Indiana to Georgia, the tracking never worked and it randomly showed up one day. Now, I do understand that once it leaves their facility, they have no control over it, but they do have control over who they use for shipping, so they do hold a level of blame. Due to the shipping issues, I won't be ordering again, I don't want to wait 3 weeks or more for shoes.

This was an overall bad decision. I think originally it was a good deal but future purchases were just ok. The shoes we purchased were of good quality. The clothes however are very juvenile. Cute for toddlers but designs are inappropriate for school age kids. The most annoying thing is they promise to remind you to decline your monthly credit but usually don't. True you can use the credit to buy clothes but lots of conditions attached to it. Returns are easy sometimes. They promised to hold an outfit I wanted to exchange but didn't and I had to contact them4 times to finally get the return shipping label. Oh and their chat in rarely available.

They have been taking money on a monthly basis and send shoes based on survey taken but never receive packages. They keep withdrawing and no packages! Do NOT get the VIP they are nothing but lies. Also their quality is trash.

I signed up for this website from a promotional offer I received. I ordered a dress and leggings for my daughter. Dress lost its color faster than my other toddler clothes and the leggings had holes in them in under 3 months. Poor quality, not worth even their "VIP" price. I knew it was a monthly charge, but so annoying to skip every month. Canceling is a pain as well, they try to convince you stay and sounds like you're talking to their customer service reps in India. Wal-Mart and Target offer better quality and price than FabKids.
I am constantly forgetting to "skip" a month before I get charged the monthly fee. They won't allow you to do it "early." I have questions, but don't know how to get them answered. The site is not very user friendly.

I am a first time shopper with Fab Kids. I was excited to get a good deal on some tennis shoes for my children for their birthdays. However, I did not expect a more expensive pair of light up shoes not to work. Not only was I unhappy, my daughter was sad. These products need to be tested before they are sent out to consumers for purchase.

Answer: Omg! I didn't realize I signed up for a membership when I made my purchase! Ahhh this is a pain! The lady almost didn't let me cancel!? They also won't give my money back!
Answer: They charged me 39.95 and still charged after I skip a month. There scammers.
