They were superb. Very professional and could not have been more helpful. The cauliflower they sent was rather small so they added 2 green peppers and an aubergine, at no extra cost to make up. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again in the future
We placed an order online for a refrigerated item. We received an email from PayPal 2 days later stating that the amount is to be refunded. No communication what so ever from the vendor. Cancelling an order without valid reasons is not a good way of doing business. As a business ourselves and as a result of this, we ended up being charged by our bank for 2 transaction for goods we couldn't buy!
We rated 1 because we are not given the option of giving 0, in our view, this service deserve less than 1.

Site doesn't work freezes or disconnect while ordering. Default massage don't cover your area then cuts off. Friday overnight delivery confusing.
We were very impressed - by the produce, the timeframes and the service. Top marks for starting delivery at just the time we needed!
