I like to buy Fabfitfun giftcards for my Goddaughter at Christmas time so that she can receive fun boxes throughout the year...and she has loved all the excellent.high quality items she has received! The customer service with this company is the best I've experienced while buying gifts online! Shout out to Angel for being so kind and patient while helping me get the details of one particular giftcard sorted out! Would definitely recommend!

Made the mistake of signing up for an annual subscription because of an Amex offer. Offer included $200 of bonus merchandise to sign up which in all actuality was worth less than the $5 grab bags that I used to buy at Spencer's as a kid( a pineapple ice cube tray, a plastic beach bag, a plastic pitcher, a travel mug & a pair of thigh high acrylic socks). All of the "bonus items" went straight in to the trash can. Way too much packaging and not quality items. Unfortunately, since I signed up for an annual subscription I am stuck with three more boxes whether I want them or not. Wondering if Amex can do anything for me to get out of this.

I'm still waiting on my summer box lost in transit Pitney Bowes is no help they just hang up on you I spend good money with fff on all of your sales you could at least usr a dependable carrier like UPS!

Don't have an issue. Usually all stuff comes in quickly (wished it was fewer boxes, I'd wait too!) I have been All Acess for about three years now and during that time only had one issue that was never resolved. I like the early access and ability to choose my items in each seasonal box. High quality items at very reasonable prices. Would recommend as a holiday gift to yourself to get All Acess.

It was probably a month ago when I looked into getting the fabfitfun box and I wanted it specifically because of the blanket and slippers that were in there but the blanket was the number one reason why I ordered it when I looked at the other day it said the box was available so I just assumed that the blanket would be in there and it wasn't so I honestly would just wait until the following month to see what was inside the next box and I'm really bummed out that I wasn't able to get it

I really loved fabfitfun when I first became a member in spring 2021. My first year of boxes were a great value, with wonderful options. Each box in 2022 was a little disappointing and it was just the same options season after season. I kept my subscription because I love being able to shop their deals, but even those are not shipped timely/properly.

I love the products, but the box sits with FedEx for over a month. They need to drop FedEx and use a different shipping method. FedEx is utterly incompetent.

Tip for consumers:
Just know FedEx won’t ship within a whole month. They are utterly incompetent and need more personnel to fix their problem.

I've been with Fab Fit Fun I think going on three years now however, in the last year they have been charging me taking off of my credit card almost $400. It's been happening more than once, which I can understand if it happened once or maybe even twice the box is not even worth $200 and I do live in Canada so there is definitely an exchange rate but not to the point where the regular box cost 189 and I'm paying 370 that makes no sense so if they keep it up I'm just gonna cancel my subscription

I wish fff would use a different shipping carrier. My boxes are normally extremely damaged where items are missing or box is lost in mail and never received. They do have great customer service but normally the items can not be replaced due to being sold out.

Fab Fit Fun Boxes have been fun I have enjoyed them tremendously until here lately! So I have decided that I will not renew my subscription this Summer! I will enjoy my Spring Box but the Add ons were a let down and the Birthday Sale was a letdown also! You raise the cost of the yearly membership but the did not give anything to make it worthwhile nothing but a bunch of Makeup come on maybe next year will be exciting so I will be on the lookout for better boxes!

First, I love their boxes. I'm an Annual member so I'm able to choose everything in my box which is fantastic! The big issue is that on any edit sale if you don't take anything out of your account they will automatically charge you. Before getting a box I don't mind that much as it ships with my box; however during the sales after that you have to spend a certain amount for free shipping.

I HATE that if you add an item, and lets say technology isn't in your favor and it doesn't delete properly, you are then charged automatically. This is just a money-maker for me and really not thinking about their customers. I get emails probably every day from FFF. Are you meaning to tell me they can't send an email out warning that I'm about to be charged? No email. That says a lot about a company who sends email everyday, but can't remind you when they are about to charge you.

That being said--no more edit sales to me. I would shop if they changed things differently.

I was at first really happy to get FitFabFun. The products are wonderful surprises and great value. Then I went shopping for extras and left them in my cart, didn't know if I wanted to purchase. Come to find out they force you to complete the purchase, charge your credit card and voila! You've bought more when you didn't want to. This is illegal, I think. I didn't agree to the purchase, was simply shopping. To boot, I asked for a credit and cancellation. The products were cancelled, never arrived which is good because I didn't want them, and one month later I see that they still charged me. A big deal to get reversed. Very bad policy. I'm still a member but remain a skeptic. I won't get any of my friends involved until I'm sure they change this horrid practice. So there you go, buyer beware. Just keep after them if they try to charge you for products you don't intend to buy and for goodness sake, make sure they credit you if you're due.

Well I am 3 weeks out now from when I received my Fall box. I am currently waiting on an item that was supposedly shipped separately. According to the customer service agent, I was told there was a problem with shipping and that they were going to re-send the item, but it would take up to 2 weeks to process and send out. If we assume the same shipping will occur, this item might make it to my house by the time the winter box arrives. Sad thing is I was looking forward to using this " overnight bag" for a few trips that I have and had planned. Alas that won't be happening. FFF may want to make sure of the capability of outside vendor shipping and wether they have enough of said item to fulfill orders. This is a big company with a great business model, but I believe they dropped the ball here. I will be thinking twice about "add-on" items.

I received a message telling me was card was denied. When I went to the site, I did NOT have to change ANY thing. My card number and expiration date were exactly like they were on my card. I never did find out why it was denied but I was assured it went thru and not to worry.
I was told to call my bank but I don't know why.

Was unable to reactivate for a monthly subscription, so when I Co tacted the chat they tried to reactivate me for an annual subscription and still honor the discount for seasonal box. Never received November. I've been with company 2 years. I save up for yearly. I was told a replacement would be sent. All my choices were not up for grabs I had to settle. I did get a credit. It's almost February no email about my box. I believe I will be getting a summer box now. I was excited about my slippers and hat and gloves. The EYELASHES were gonna be worn for my birthday February 27, the eyelash conditioner would be used daily. As a foster mother working 20 hours a week this box is my own little gift after running around 3 toddlers. I understand mistakes happen but 2 months later to fix it isn't cool.and I had to email fff enough times. This probably will be my last year with fff.

That she would get my box reshipped and assured me I would be able to get all my products. But now I got a message that two items are out of stock? I had to change my credit card due to security reasons. I immediately edited my credit card. Shortly after I received a letter from Stewie telling me all was well and that my box my be a little late. Before 24 hours I received another letter stating my card had been declined. Now I am somewhat confused because I don't know which card was declined.

First but this time I did not review my order or edit it as it came out of my account on a weekend when I normally go through and slim down my order to my affordability,,, at the moment that is low, so I was planning on editing my order and it went through before I could catch it 450+. Oo! So I was stressed still am regardless of the great stuff I'm out of work COVID etc so he managed to get 15% back for me and I appreciate the amount anything helps just disappointed that's all. Customer services was helpful and nice. To be clear the STARTER BOXES are all the SAME. My 3 sisters and I took the personally test thinking we were going to all receive something different. We all received the same exact stuff in the starter box. You get a lip gloss, face oil, Micheal Kors passport wallet and a 2 toned colored woven basket (black/white). I tried to exchange an item but it was more of candles and cosmetics stuff so I decided to just keep what I had. Customer service explained the personality test will be in affect when you buy the subscription. Wish this was more clear. Oh and when I received my box it was mangled like someone tried to open it :/
