It looks like this was written several years ago and makes sense. I had the exact opposite experience as the staff was friendly and very helpful. I have referred 3 of my friends that I play ball with and we use their ultracure pro all of the time. It has been a great product and I am happy with the company.
I ordered a handheld ultrasound machine to relieve pain after a surgical procedure. I ordered the product on May 9th and I still do not have the product. After many emails back and forth and a lack of concern shown by them over the past three weeks I decided to write this. I can truly say that this has been the WORST online purchasing experinced that I have ever had. Beware!
I spent years suffering from plantar fasciitis. In desperation I heard that ultrasound therapy could help. I reached out to the staff at ezultrasound.com and found them to be very helpful. I did purchase their Ultracure Pro machine and they were always quick to answer my questions. Regular treatments every other day has changed my life. I can keep the plantar fasciitis in check. I do recommend their friendly staff and their Ultracure Pro. It was life changer for me.
