EZPAWN

Went to ez pawn this evening and I got the rides employee I've ever encountered, I thought the manager was bad this is the one on northwest expressway and Rockwell, anyways I've been going to this certain pawn shop for over 8 years and this evening they lost a good customer. I will encourage every and anybody not to go to this certain one because for one they don't do good business, two there customer skills are the worst I've seen in years, and two there a couple of there employees smells like marijuana Everytime I go therebad place to be smelling like that dealing with customers!

I use ex pawn for all of my loan needs and have never had a bad experience. The staff is always helpful and friendly and will make sure you get the most out of ur purchase or loan. The guys at the north academy store stayed late to make sure I got what I needed. The prices are fair and they have the best deals I've seen around town. I highly recommend ez pawn to anyone!

I love this store. Mary, and her crew are fabulous, always willing to assist and ready to help with loan needs as well as purchasing product. The VIP program is fabulous, I definitely get this plan for my jewelry purchases.

They're not trying to give anyone a deal. I took a $450.00 amp brand new, they offered me $70.00. Customer care, yeah right. Their add clearly states the more it's worth, the more they loan. Every EZ Pawn I've been too, is lame, trying to lowball a person. Don't fall for it folks. VERY dissatisfied. Back to other pawn brokers I know, at least they're fair!

I have to tell you that this is probably one of the best loan shots that I have been to in my career as a business owner. The staff at the shepherd EZ pawn in Houston go out of their way to make sure that they can be of help to you and that they can serve you in any way possible. They're friendly they're courteous and their knowledgeable I would recommend this easy pawn store to anybody in my family friends or who would inquire. Thanks easy pawn for always being there for me when I need you.

I went to the ezpawn off of market street and the customer service there was nothing less from amazing. The first person to approach me was this person named Jen and they were so helpful. I was just looking around and she talked to me about how I don't have to spend all my money right now but almost anything I wanted could be put on layaway. She didn't make me feel dumb when I asked her all my questions. Thank you.

I went to EZ Pawn because it was so close to my home and it was a awesome experience, Laura was the name of the person who helped me and it was a no hassle service. I got exactly what I asked for on my loan. I will definitely do business there again and again thank you guys everybody was so friendly and greeted me the second I walked through the door. Being a lifelong shopper of pawn shoppes...was appalled at items claimed to be working.when its junk...not one.but 3 employees instilled with.my trust lied to my face...racist rude liars...do not assume they are anything but cheap people hating their lives NOT USA NOT WORTH THE ADVERTISEMENTS...EZ PAWN= Theives...period...

I don't know if this is an Oklahoma thing but where I'm when you pawn something it's the customer that's in need of money not the pawn shop in need of stuff how does EZ Pawn come off telling you what they need in their store I'm the one trying to come up with money to pay my utilities so I guess they're more in need than me telling me what they need in the store here's a good one we're not taking those or we can't sell those for much. Defeats the purpose of pawning.

Customer service was terrible lazy manager, they didn't trst my silver when I went to get it priced, the manager just sat there, and didn't tend to anyone

I've recently went to EZ Pawn at 903 S. E. Military Dr., and Vanity Salinas whom is an employee there showed excellent customer service, I often overlook business rating but because Vanity was so very helpful I decided to give her location five stars.

I have a couple of pawn tickets been paying on forever. I had a family emergency out of town, my grand baby is in the hospital and they refuse to hope my jewelry for a extra day til I can get back. Never NEVER use this pawn shop they r crooks and don't care about customers only money money money. So wise advice don't waste your time with these people.

They treat me like family and always finding a way to give me the maximum loan possible. Willi, a representative who works there, is Heaven sent. God Bless all of you. I love going to the EZ Pawn at 3920 SPID and Weber. I've been dealing with them for many years and always get great service. I love that they know me by name. That means a lot to customers. They are an exceptional group of employees and have never been disappointed with them. I give them 5 plus more. Keep up the good work.

I called E Z Pawn on Elizabeth the other day to ask if they are taking electric razors. I was told over the phone that they do take them and I can get anywhere from 10-40 dollars for them. I go into the business and as I am about to be handed the money from the sale, another associate comes up. He asks her what she was doing. She said she was buying a razor from me. He said to void the sale and that we don't take them. When I asked, "How come I was told that I could get 10-40 dollars over the phone if you weren't taking them?" I was told, "Get out of my store or I'm calling the cops." The customer service was very rude. I would not recommend going through them. You will get one story over the phone and go in and obtain another story. This has happened at least 3 times to me in the past 2 months with them. VERY DISAPPOINTING

The young lady dayshawn on Lucas has a warm welcoming smile answered questions and name me feel very important my husband and I will be back to purchase more with the help of such a courteous young lady thank you dayshawn for your kindness that was truly a first we'll be back
