Bought Violet Evergarden boots off of ezcosplay, came before the wear date, they were in pretty good condition, overall my experience was pretty good!
They were very prompt with their communication and quick to accommodate my requests. I have never been more satisfied with a service! Best service I could ever ask for.
I bought a deku costume and clearly stated that i am a big person fat wise put in my own custom measurements so instead they completely ignored my measurements made them all 2-3 inches shorter so i am unable to ware it and am now stuck with this unusable suit my mother bought this suit for me it cost us over $130 and everything we got was complete garbage if you are looking to buy a costume do not i repeat DO NOT BUY FROM EZCOSPLAY THEY ARE SCAM ONLY THERE FOR YOUR MONEY "anyone can cosplay" FAKE SLOGAN THEY ARE LAZY PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I am a Male and got the SSS Lucky bag for $89.99. I was not at all satisfied with what I received when I got my package. I thought that since I had bought the highest tiered Lucky Bag, that I would at least get items worth $200 or more because of the "Up to Value of $399.99" in the description of the item. Instead I received an Itadori Costume worth $26 dollars on the website and an Ignihyde Idia Shroud Uniform worth $141, of which this character I have never heard of. I expected much more value than just the $167 worth of items I have received, nor was anything on my Wishlist chosen in the slightest. Before I bought the Lucky Bag I reached out via Email to ask how much the highest tiered Lucky Bag was worth versus the cheapest one and they would not give me an answer to this question. All they said is that it would be worth "significantly more". Overall extremely disappointed in my purchase and this website.
Great cosplay quality, the only thing that makes it a 4 instead of a 5 star review is that they don't accept returns if you order the wrong size.

So I ordered my power ranger cosplay costume full set. And I ordered on the last week of september and expected to arrive mid october of 2020. But my costume never show until november 2020. And my power ranger costume were all wrong color. I learned my lesson. NEVER EVER BUY ANY COSTUME FROM EZCOSPLAY. And they never refund you full refund if you live in U.S. They only refund you 35% and you keep the costume you purchased.
Again. NEVER BUY COSTUME FROM EZCOSPLAY. They're costume really suck. Unless you are desperate for one.
Terrible customer service. Cheap quality, wouldn't refund. Then only if I sent it back at my costs, and it cost $160 to return to CHINA! Then, they still didn't refund my money. SAVE YOUR MONEY, don't buy! DISHONEST.
There were no problems with the order or the package. Everything was fine, and the package arrived one day before the one I marked as the date of use. Really satisfied with the purchase, thank you!
Shorts were great. The shirt did not fit, and the little grape symbol was very distorted. The socks gave out after one use. Would not recommend buying.
The dress looks amazing and suits me really well. I had to do some sloght adjustments, nothing big though. The shoes fit perfectly as well and the zipper at the back is great.
The fabric is good enough, the buttons are all put on with SAFETY PINS, the cosplay I got is custom yet the arm holes are too big, the torso part is saggy, the skirt is too big, I have to get everything fitted and resized. I paid $108 for everything. Not worth it amazon would have done better.
I love how the wig came with a wig cap; I was worried on trying to find a place nearby that sold one. If I knew the outfit was going to be this good, I would have gotten the shoes also.
I have received my product on time, the customer support was fantastic and looking forward and the item which i buy is super fit-out. I am really happy with this.
Good product. It didn't come with the correct morpher for the Green Ranger, but they issued me a partial refund for that issue. Great customer service. Overall great company.
