Costume came fast, and looked great. Only problem was the socks. They are so big, and reached my thighs. Everything else about the costume is good. Good quality too.
All i can say is i ordered on SEPT 2nd and it is now OCT 4th and i havent recieved anything not even an email saying they are late. No responses to my email except auto response ones saying your welcome after i just said i was disputing with my bank for fraud. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL! AVOID AT ALL COST. Please dont make same mistake i did.
Ordered Sept 9 didn't get ANY response for weeks until I followed up in October. Was told it was being worked on. Webpage says take-15-20 days and as of October 5th still no response of order or shipping. I email several times asked for a refund and was told it was shipped (no tracking number provided) so I emailed again and then they finally gave me a tracking number/website in Chinese (October 11). I paid for express 2-4 day shipping BUT they sent it regular mail. As of October 13th it hasn't even left China. The company said that DHL and FedEx "won't deliver" (Which is a lie cause we regularly get mail from both companies and they have offices near me). I've asked for a refund in shipping and they haven't responded. Buyer beware. I feel they are dishonest and they brush off customers cause they already got your money. (My order was almost $300). I need the costume for Halloween and I don't think it's going to get here in time as EMS China Mail is notorious for going by boat. Never again- don't trust this company.
I am satisfied with the product, however after the package have arrived to USA, the tracking number for USPS or UPS must be provided as I have no option to track my package when you tracking systems tell me that the package arrived already to my country.
I got a very good product and the fit was great. Everyone commented on how good the costume was. I will definitely order again from ezcosplay.

The Jack Sparrow costume that I ordered was excellent. I had many comments that I looked exactly like jack sparrow Everything fit very well. I'm very pleased with my order.
I bought myself a cosplay staff that I had not been able to find anywhere else. The shipping alone cost more than the item and I ended up spending a few hundred dollars on the staff. When it arrived it was packaged really well but broken. The staff was made out of flimsy foam board and was even sort of bent I don't know due to heat or if it was just made that way. I believe that when it was being packaged that one of the pieces was broken. I contacted them and they said it was fine when it was sent and weren't very helpful but offered me a 10% discount if I kept it and fix it myself. That's when I started getting the runaround I kept emailing them and they kept saying it was coming it never showed up then they said that it wasn't refunded because they were in the process of some kind of Festival so it was delayed. So I called them out on their Facebook page and they're like oh we contacted finances right away to get your refund even though it was 10 p.m. and they didn't have my information because it wasn't even under the same name for my purchase. I don't believe I'll ever see my refund and I'm now stuck with a prop that is not very well made and definitely was way overpriced. Buyers beware that they are shady.
I ordered the Goku SSJ4 cosplay costume. It was perfect and just as advertised. The materials, colors, and fittings were great. I will definitely choose EZcosplay again for my costumes.

Honestly, it was my first time ordering from this website. When I got my cosplay outfit and wig, there were no mistakes.

So we ordered 2 wigs from EZCosplay after seeing they had a 2 day shipping. This was a week and half prior to an event we were organising. We Ordered the wigs and AFTER we ordered them we saw a message saying "Wear by: date" which was a week after the event. We were concerned and sent the site a msg, they didn't get back to us for almost a week.
Once they finally got back to us they were very unhelpful and almost always ignored what we actually had asked [Would it be here in time?]
After 3 weeks we were sent a msg they had "lost" one of the wigs on the way to their office and it would take even longer.
When we explained this was WAAAY more than 2 day shipping which cost AS MUCH as one of the wigs and we wanted a refund at least on the shipping they informed us They would not refund us anything and instead offered to just send them one by one. Obviously we wanted to make sure we got them together so we refused that.
2 weeks later [Today] we finally got the wigs and one of the wigs isn't even fully as advertised.
This has been almost a full 2 months and 7 weeks after their "Wear by date" listed.
Overall experience: Horrible customer service, will not be ordering from again.
The quality of the costume was better than i expected, will definitely buy here again! The hat of the Douma cosplay is permanently deformed, but i didn't plan on using it anyways.

Ezcosplay is a site where you can easily purchase well a cosplay/outfit and it's actually made by hand, the CS is so kind and amazing, while myself am just a Touhou fan and most especially a fan of Reisen (I do have other outfits like Poison's and Astolfo casual and spring)
I recently purchased a wig and it came unstyled, it was completely straight when it was supposed to be curled. Customer service would not accept a return.
I placed an order from this company on September 11th, 2021 for an event I am going to on October 9th, 2021. I was under the impression that there was enough time for the costume to be tailored and shipped out before my event, and received no communication stating otherwise. I write this review on October 8th as my costume has not arrived. I sent them an email some time ago asking for an update and simply received "Thanks for your email. The order is in processing and normally we can finish it before Halloween, we will expedite it, thank you!". I did not put my use date as Halloween, but as October 9th. But time went on and no shipping notification. I sent them another email asking for a refund, as the costume will not be here for my event and I now had to spend more money getting a last minute replacement, and never got a response. I sent another email asking for a refund that I am also expecting to be ignored. Hopefully PayPal will give me my money back since they likely will refuse.
Moral of the story: Do NOT trust this company to tailor and ship a costume on time. Do NOT expect this company to have even halfway decent customer service. In fact, just DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Trust the negative reviews. It's not worth it.
I purchased a costume dress for $200. I am a pretty standard US size 4. The dress was defective and unwearable due to the design flaws completely exposing my underwear. I argued with them and sent them photos, and they only offered me 10% refund, and then 20% refund when I argued more. I opened a PayPal dispute and they actually changed their costume listing on the website to try to cover up their mistakes. PayPal immediately supported my return and refund request, but ezcosplay isn't even accepting the returned package delivery! I imagine if the post office declares it undeliverable I will automatically win the dispute, but what a headache!
Additionally, even if the product wasn't defective, the dress was inaccurate and looked like a $10 dress. It was shipped in a plastic bag envelope. Super cheap product, super cheap packaging, yet both the product and the shipping cost a significant amount. I was actually glad the product was defective because normally ezcosplay does not accept returns.
Answer: Very trustable, just be aware that shipping can take a while, so try not to freak out if your package isn't there super quickly.

Answer: I'm not sure which country's sizing is used in the size chart, but I normally wear a US XL, and that was what I ordered, even though the measurements in the chart were bigger than should have fit. The dress fits like a dream, so maybe order your normal size (US). If you use the size chart, you might want to consider going up a size.
Answer: I never tried to contact customer service, but after I received my package, they reached out to me to make sure I was satisfied. I had 0 problems shopping with them, shipping, quality, size, or otherwise. Just read the shipping descriptions (they caution you that it can take a while) and the size charts (maybe go up a size), and you'll be fine.
