We had some issues with cards being declined and such, yet the final product we recieved was absolutely amazing for what I expected. It was pretty good quality and was only missing one small detail of the character that i can easily add myself. It took forever to get here so order it (way early, like 2.5 months) before your con. It is a bit too small but that is my own fault. Overall, it was a good buy.
The shopping experience was overall very easy however the wear date choice could probably be differently worded to say "delivery date", because it was very confusing to figure out what was meant by wear date
I recieved my order with excitment and enthusiasm. When I looked at my product I was happy with it until I saw the pants. The color was not what was advised nor did it explain it in the product details. When I contacted you about this issue. You admitted that the fault was on your part and simply offered me a 10% refund of a $143.99 product. Which was a slap in the face. You even turned down my request of exchanging the wrong item for the correct on. I was not pleased on how you treated me as a customer and will refrain from making any future purchases from this site again.
A tad pricey, however the quality of everything is amazing. I am super happy with my cosplay as a whole and they were really good with communicating and ensured my order was delivered on time.

I had an amazing experience shopping here, I was worrying my costume wouldn't arrive in time after the costumer service contacted me it might take longer to deliver due to Chinese new year. I exchanged a few e-mails with the costumer service and they replied really fast and were really nice. They tried the best they could to make sure my costume would arrive in time, which it did, thanks to the amazing service that was helping me figure out the best solution to my problem!
I am also really amazed by the quality of the product, it fits perfectly and the fabric is high quality, can't wait to wear it!
My daughter loves the costume and is very happy with the fit. The wig is also perfect.
Easy to find just what I was looking for!
Quick, easy, and now I don't have to sew it! It appears to be missing some of the chains that are supposed to be part of the sleeves, but that is easy enough to take care of myself.

I understand that shipping is expensive because it ships from out of country but I think 12-20 days in shipping is unreasonable. I also didn't like how I didn't get an email when my order shipped and the fact that I had to wait over a month for a wig

Displaying shipping price would avoid stickershock. Aside from that, this is a good product. Received it on time to wear to the event. Loved the bag it came in.

Everything fit right except the bust was to big and the hip area of the top was to small. Luckily I sew and can make adjustments, but overall it's a great cosplay
