It was great overall, I'm happy my facebook alerted me to such a great deal. One thing I would add is I didn't expect shipping to be so much. I would like if I was told how much shipping is prior to checkout.

Customer service was great for the most part but I got my costume rather late. I was supposed to receive it beginning of May but it came 3 weeks later. The quality is OK--I ordered based off my measurements and it was still rather big. Last time I ordered, the costume was too small in some places and too large in other places. It was an easy fix, but still rather annoying. I don't mind ordering from here again cuz the sales reps are super helpful, but the quality and timing could improve A LOT

The product is excellent...avoid cancelling order in this site even if you did it within 24 hours...they will still charge you.
Lots of costumes to choose from and your able to give specific sizes. I hope mine fits. Everything fits except for the gloves. Trying to work with the company for a solution. Hopefully we can get it all worked out. Very friendly customer service. I hope to find a solution to the gloves.

Awesome experience altogether, my only real issue is just the size of the top. My body fits fine just my arms a lil squished
The build of the products received are of decent quality. The stitches and other fabric connections are sturdy and relatively neat.
From what I have bought, I see this source of cosplay items as one to be greatly considered.

A very good store for cosplayers, But there a small minor thinks i would love to see:
1: a german translation &
2: the possibility to change from. Inch to cm
My order did take 5 and a half weeks instead of 3 weeks + 6 day ship time.
But, I also custom ordered a Weapon Prop and I did measurements for tailoring for some pieces so it is to be expected that there is a longer wait time.
Everything that I did provide measurements for came out to specification correctly. The weapon prop I ordered also looks great and they honored my notes to make it decently tall since I am 6ft tall.
Thank you -- it's nice to have the option to have something custom made to your measurements. And your measurement instructions are very clear. (Don't forget that proportions for the measurements are based off Asian figures -- not my curvy Irish heritage, for example.) A nice website with things easily found!
