It really depends on the quality of the product and how fast it arrives.
The only thing i didnt like was the shipping cost. I like to calculate that in with my order for total cost.
I ordered a custom size jacket and it feels very comfortable but it's almost too large. Someone bigger than me could use it and be really comfortable as well. If you are a tall and thin person, I advise choosing one size less than what the size charts recommends.
Moreover, I had some customization requests and I'm really satisfied with the communication about them, these guys are really available.

I love the accuracy of the costume to the movie, very screen accurate. I was happy with the delivery date. I put in the wear date and that was the date I received it on. The one thing I didn't like, I was walking up a hill and the zipper on one of the boots busted open and you could see my foot. It was a simple fix, I zipped the zipper down and back up and it worked fine.
Took longer time, estimating right size could have been better experience & less confusing, for the material & output, the price was high..
The wig is very comfortable and required minimal styling to get it to lay right. My only complaint it that it was a little big for my head, but that was easily adjusted using the built in straps.
The shoes looked nice :)
I ordered two custom outfits with the custom boots; one for my husband and one for myself. For a custom made order I was very disappointed. My husbands custom boots fit perfectly while mine will not zip up at all (too tight). Both outfits technically fit but the are tight in thighs, shoulders, neck, and arms. Very limited mobility. If I had to order again I definitely wouldn't invest in the custom fit and just order a size up and tailor it myself. On the positive side: The outfits details were very accurate to the characters and matched the pictures displayed online. The outfits come with boot covers which were actually really nice so probably didn't need the custom boots.
Great size charts and easy navigating. Also very nicely made outfits, I highly recommend.
The first shipment was delayed, but after emailing I was able to get the info I needed. The contents of my package were really good quality and I may purchase again
The outfit itself was good, but some of the measurements for it were off. More detail on the items measurements would be very ideal.

I had a few issues with my order (missing petticoat, not included in packing list but in the reference picture) and there was some consistency problems between the tops (We ordered 3/7 of the zombieland saga idol outfits and 1 had a different top pattern with different shapes of red). For the price we paid and for how noticeable the differences are in our pictures, I contacted Ez and they eventually resolved my problem with an appropriate solution.
For costumes with difficult to find patterns like this idol tops, I would recommend buying from them since it will save you a lot of time and money in the long run.
Finding wigs is much easier than Amazon!
I ordered aqua socks and have not received them. When contacting them with the invoice # that they requested I am still waiting to hear from them. Will be contacting paypal today if no response. Not even sure this is a company or scam.
I ordered a cosplay costume for ComicCon and put in all the measurements asked for yet the items did not fit. Everything was a little small. I have made it work but disappointed when the site said they custom make items based on measurements but I do not believe that is true. All of the items ordered do not fit properly. If you say you custom make items and ask for measurements, you should honor that.
Just hoping to get my wig in time for a con. Pretty good pricing on items but shipping is high depending on where it's coming from.
