It was a bit hard to find the costume, as there wasn't a tab for Naruto costumes. The shipping seems a bit pricey compared to other websites for Australia. The costume itself is pretty well made. The wig was nice and thick, however th hairline looked a bit cheap. Overall it was a good experience
I don't like that I have to HAVE express shipping for the price. I'd rather have standard shipping and it be cheaper.
I went and asked for a costume, custom-sized. Took my measurements, double-checked them, paid the extra 8 dollars to make sure those would be the measurements they would use. I pointed out that I would need a wig and shoes, which they promptly sent me link for the pages through emails. They asked question, were curt, polite and it seemed like a safe bet at the time. I also asked for the three products, that is the wig, the costume and the shoes to arrive in one singular shipment, which they agreed upon, giving me the okay that this would happen.
I received the wig first. I asked for it to be delivered at the same time as the rest, but got it earlier anyway. The wig was okay, came with a hair net. Nothing to report there.
Then came the costume itself, a few weeks later. The colors weren't quite right and the size of multiple of the items were wrong, far too tall or ample for me to wear. Some details were botched and it just didn't seem like it was a very good end result. It was similar, but too many little faults, along with the size difference, made it so that I was dissatisfied. So I went on and asked for a refund. Cue several emails, with very slow responses this time around. I specifically said that I wanted a refund, not a replacement, yet a replacement was the first thing that was offered, despite my insistence on the matter. I gave them photos, descriptions, my measurements again and so forth. I'm still waiting for a response on that end and I do dearly hope that my refund will be granted, because this is getting ridiculous.
The shoes arrived a little later. They were okay, but they were a little too tight. Then again, those should be fine with a little wear.
For smaller details like wigs, they seem to do the job just fine. For the rest, consider it all a gamble.

Answer: I'm not sure which country's sizing is used in the size chart, but I normally wear a US XL, and that was what I ordered, even though the measurements in the chart were bigger than should have fit. The dress fits like a dream, so maybe order your normal size (US). If you use the size chart, you might want to consider going up a size.
Answer: I never tried to contact customer service, but after I received my package, they reached out to me to make sure I was satisfied. I had 0 problems shopping with them, shipping, quality, size, or otherwise. Just read the shipping descriptions (they caution you that it can take a while) and the size charts (maybe go up a size), and you'll be fine.
Answer: Yes, it's normal. It just goes through as default XS. Not to worry, they will make it custom. Check out their FAQ page if you're still worried.
Answer: Pretty close. They do require the sizing in CMs and boot height. I also ordered a pair of Todoroki boots that are just slightly larger in the back, even though I used the same measurements for both.
