It was easy to find what I was looking for, but the shipping prices are very expensive. The quality of the cosplay was very good, my custom order fit well, and the items were packaged nicely. I received my order in a months time, and who I emailed regarding my cosplay progress was very kind and helpful. I even got a surprise free key chain! Definitely going to shop here again.

The boots arrived faster then I thought they would so i had lots of time to wear them before my convention. Amazingly, they were really comfortable on the floor. Normally any boots I buy, for cosplay or not, tend to be uncomfortable for most of the day. It was really awesome having my feet not hurt after a whole day of running around as Ruby!

I love the wide selection of cosplay items they have available. I was able to find and buy all that I needed from just one place instead of 50 different stores online. The prices were fair and the customer service was very helpful in fulfilling my requests.

A few things came broken, but ez coslay took care of it free or charge.

Had Difficulty Editing Just Comments on Order maybe in the Future add an option to to select if you need to edit the measurements or just comments

Quality was quite good. After the first night of wearing the shorts ripped open on my butt and I had to get that fixed. Does not come with the hard shoulder cap.

Size was very fitting. Am quite tall with 6ft5, but the customization of the cosplay was on point except 1 belt. But that didn't lower the quality at all.

Would recommend, even though the price is quite high and not for everyone.

Shipping was also quick.

The products that I got fit great and are exactly what I wanted. Can't wait to wear these and show them off.

I did need to make some minor adjustments since it wasn't a custom fit but overall very happy with it!

I have bought from this store many times and always been impressed with the order quality and sizing. However, this last order was very disappointing. The material was of poor quality and very see-through and the suggesting sizing did not match the measurements at all.

The site says 2 to 3 weeks to make and 7 to 9 days shipping. It took 2 and1/2 months to receive order. No updates or tracking for my order and I had A deadline. Received 2 days after deadline. You company needs better communication.

The measurement charts was very helpful. But the delivery time could have been a bit quicker. The costume arrived the day of the convention, about half-way through the first day, so I missed a lot of time.

I love EZCosplay! Been purchasing cosplays from this website for years. Lovely staff and lovely costumes!
