I ordered a cosplay from there once and the shoes and cosplay were the wrong size despite me already taking measurements and everything else to make sure I would get the right size and not only did everything come too big but they refused to refund or help me in any way and the cosplay was terrible quality also this is more on the delivery drivers fault but instead of it being put on the porch it was out in the rain and it soaked through the packaging and the shoes smelled bad and they refused to replace them or refund at all and instead when I emailed them about it + the sizing they wanted me to send a picture with my foot beside a measuring tape
I ordered a cosplay for a friend to get her back into the fun of conventions. She chose the Shinobu Kocho from Demon Slayer. We provided the measurements in inches, as that's what the site requests. About 7 weeks later, she received hers and it didn't fit. It seemed to have been made for someone 5'3" or shorter. We were blamed for the wrong measurements and offered a 20% discount for the problem.
I ordered a Shoto Todoroki with custom sizing as well due to the weird body shape of mine. I received it today. The sleeves are too short, the collar too high, the top portion is fine with the exception of the zipper not going to the seam where the collar should be. Everything from the waist down is way too big and the entire thing is too long.
This has been a disappointing experience and I'm apprehensive about getting another cosplay from them any time soon.

Ezcosplay is a site where you can easily purchase well a cosplay/outfit and it's actually made by hand, the CS is so kind and amazing, while myself am just a Touhou fan and most especially a fan of Reisen (I do have other outfits like Poison's and Astolfo casual and spring)
Amazing site to buy cosplay from. So far I have bought 3 cosplay, 2 spiderman suit and Morbius cosplay and all have been great, perfect size, excellent material, comfortable.
This was my first time using EZCosplay. They have an extensive choice of anime characters to cosplay from on their website, and my costume came just as I ordered it measurement wise. When I was worried if my order would make it on time, I emailed the team and they got back to me quite literally the next day.:)
My only suggestions for improvement for EZCosplay would be for the the site to have a way to track the order on the customer's end. (I ordered as a guest and did not see this option at first.)
Excellent quality, you can tell love was put into this. Arrived on time, too. If you're between sizes, though, (I was), go with the larger size. I did this and it fits perfectly, so maybe it runs a bit small.
I see a lot of reviews slamming the shipping speed and the size, but if you just read the size charts, maybe go up a size, and read their shipping description (you can pick a deliver-by date, but they tell you outright that it's no guarantee), you won't have any problems.
Also, after I received the cosplay, they reached out to me to make sure I was satisfied with it.

I love my cosplay—I know that my measurements were between L and XL, so I made sure to get the larger size just in case. For the future, I think I'll get a custom size since some part fit perfectly whereas other parts were too loose. Plus, the shipping was extremely fast!

I ordered a God eater 3 cosplay and it was the only site we're I found some. Of course was I aware that it could take some time but 3 months without any notification? What was hard and the customerservice is a joke but like I said after I received it, it was great quality and I'm happy to buy there
Absolutely horrible customer service! You have to go through them to return something, and even if you have a valid reason (as defined on their return form page), they still deny you! I had to fight to get any money back on my purchase, and even then they didn't actually refund me what they said they would. I tried to return it because it came completely different than shown (both in material and structure) and they just kept ignoring what i was saying when i emailed. Quality was terrible for how much i paid, and now i don't know what to do because it doesn't fit at all and it's basically falling apart after just trying it on once. Do not buy from this website!

I ordered a costume for Halloween on 9/1/2021, paid for expedited shipping. Spoke to customer service several times, they insured me the costume would arrive on time 10/28/2021. It has not arrived. They blame DLH the shipper. They lied over and over, they had no intentions of shipping the costume on time. They are a fraud! You have been warned.
I ordered a costume on September 26 and they have a deadline for halloween costumes for September 29th. I just got the shipping notification stating that my order will be here on November 8th. The event I need it for is on October 30th. They allow you to put a use date for the costume when you order. So, you would think they would let you know if it's not going to be here on time. Especially when you order before the deadline for costumes designed for October 31st. Very disappointed because the costume was about $125 :(
I ordered a Halloween costume for a party on 10/23, indicating on the site I needed it by 10/21.10/21 came and went and I never received my costume. On 10/22 I reached out saying I never received my costume and would like a refund - getting the costume at any point after 10/23 did me no good. I was told I would not receive a refund because it was hung up in China by DHL - no prior notification, no refund. If you live in the US don't order from this place - you won't get your costume in time!
After 3 months still no product said ship time 1 to 4 weeks paid expedited shipping and its still sitting there they give excuse after excuse when I fact yes. Shipping is slow. However it aas. 6 weeks before you even shipped so did not meet thier own promised by date at. All
I placed an order from this company on September 11th, 2021 for an event I am going to on October 9th, 2021. I was under the impression that there was enough time for the costume to be tailored and shipped out before my event, and received no communication stating otherwise. I write this review on October 8th as my costume has not arrived. I sent them an email some time ago asking for an update and simply received "Thanks for your email. The order is in processing and normally we can finish it before Halloween, we will expedite it, thank you!". I did not put my use date as Halloween, but as October 9th. But time went on and no shipping notification. I sent them another email asking for a refund, as the costume will not be here for my event and I now had to spend more money getting a last minute replacement, and never got a response. I sent another email asking for a refund that I am also expecting to be ignored. Hopefully PayPal will give me my money back since they likely will refuse.
Moral of the story: Do NOT trust this company to tailor and ship a costume on time. Do NOT expect this company to have even halfway decent customer service. In fact, just DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Trust the negative reviews. It's not worth it.
Customer service won't respond! Ordered a outfit last month and I'm still waiting and they won't respond on what the heck is going on! All they keep saying is it's in the factory! Horrible horrible horrible will never use this company again
I ordered the Cruella Coat. I asked for over a month about it. EVERY email back form them said "Your order is in processing, we will expedite it, thank you!". I had to go through PayPal to get a refund because they would only offer half my money back.
Ordered two costumes and have received neither of them. Inquired about the first one as the wear date is approaching and I have heard nothing and was told it was in processing and they would expedite it. No date or even indication that it would not be here in time. Customer service is terrible and I have no product but am out large amounts of money.
I bought myself a cosplay staff that I had not been able to find anywhere else. The shipping alone cost more than the item and I ended up spending a few hundred dollars on the staff. When it arrived it was packaged really well but broken. The staff was made out of flimsy foam board and was even sort of bent I don't know due to heat or if it was just made that way. I believe that when it was being packaged that one of the pieces was broken. I contacted them and they said it was fine when it was sent and weren't very helpful but offered me a 10% discount if I kept it and fix it myself. That's when I started getting the runaround I kept emailing them and they kept saying it was coming it never showed up then they said that it wasn't refunded because they were in the process of some kind of Festival so it was delayed. So I called them out on their Facebook page and they're like oh we contacted finances right away to get your refund even though it was 10 p.m. and they didn't have my information because it wasn't even under the same name for my purchase. I don't believe I'll ever see my refund and I'm now stuck with a prop that is not very well made and definitely was way overpriced. Buyers beware that they are shady.

Answer: I'm not sure which country's sizing is used in the size chart, but I normally wear a US XL, and that was what I ordered, even though the measurements in the chart were bigger than should have fit. The dress fits like a dream, so maybe order your normal size (US). If you use the size chart, you might want to consider going up a size.
Answer: I never tried to contact customer service, but after I received my package, they reached out to me to make sure I was satisfied. I had 0 problems shopping with them, shipping, quality, size, or otherwise. Just read the shipping descriptions (they caution you that it can take a while) and the size charts (maybe go up a size), and you'll be fine.
Answer: Yes, it's normal. It just goes through as default XS. Not to worry, they will make it custom. Check out their FAQ page if you're still worried.
Answer: Pretty close. They do require the sizing in CMs and boot height. I also ordered a pair of Todoroki boots that are just slightly larger in the back, even though I used the same measurements for both.
