Wasn't advised credit card method wouldn't be accepted and waited for a fair amount of time while it "redirected me" Had to use paypal linked to a card I didn't want to use. However, having said that, the actual payment was smooth.
Have already emailed my concerns which were attended to by Luff.
Just one problem: Could you specify the sizes of the costumes on your site? Because it's difficult to choose without it, the dress I ordered is very pretty but too small in the end, I have a lot of trouble putting it on and closing the zipper. Thank you.
The wear by option needs to be taken out because you will not receive your costume by that time even if its 3 weeks after your purchase.

Website seemed a little jacked up, kind of hard to search. Love the ability to custom fit, I'll never be able to get something off the rack. Product came as advertised, measurements were perfect, very happy, will refer and use again thanks!
Well the shipping was great but the quality of the outfit is a little iffy beacuse it dosent have white eye patches like it was suppose to have for the character and the gloves are a little easy to get towrn beacuse its just fabric but other then that it was good
Cool site, Was easy to use and clear about time for delivery. Costume was delivered when expected. I did receive a notice that it couldn't be delivered on x date but that was a public holiday, so no surprise there. (Was delivered the following Monday as the email advised)
Had exactly what I wanted and it was quick and easy!
