I loved everything with my order; however, I ordered the My Hero Academia female uniform and the color was green- it's supposed to be a blue tone so it's not really true to the uniform. It was rather disappointing since that was the cosplay item I was most looking forward to. I intend on returning that item for that reason. Everything else was awesome! I still will continue to use this site, I just hope that the authenticity of the cosplay colors would be more accurate the first time around rather than having to wait longer again because now it has to go back etc.
Absolute stunning dress custom tailored altough one detail was wrong that I will fix it myself. Still, would order again!
Overall, it was fine. However, my package arrived to days after my prearranged costume date. Also, the costume didn't look like the picture on their site. Instead of placing a computer rendering of the costume they should have models display the actual costume. That way a customer can really see what it looks like. The price, for the work that was put in on it, was fair.
The costume is great! The quality is good even though the price is a little high but you get what you pay for!

The wig is way too small -- a wig meant for a 11 year old girl. Also, later found a site where the same costume was half the price of ezcosplay.
The zipper on one of the boots broke when trying it on. Thank heaven I knew enough to buy a zipper kit and was able to fix it or I would have been screwed. I was hoping it would be more skin tight but it still looks great. The other thing I worry about it if I wear it a good portion of the day, going to the restroom is going to be a pain since the whole thing has to come off each time. I'm new to this stuff anyway so I'll learn as I go!
