I'm pretty happy with the service and prices. I don't have to go through hassles getting my prescription verified or anything like that. They verified it within a business day.The prices are reasonable and they ship your contacts free. Regardless if you only buy one box.
Sunglasses never delivered. Ring Doorbell always works and shows video of drivers dropping off packages nearly everyday. I immediately emailed customer support and communicated the same. They sent a reply asking me to ask my neighbors if they have my package. What a strange, unpractical response to my email. I don't have time to knock on 20 doors introducing myself and asking them if they have my package. They stated they would have to research this case before refunding my credit card and said it would take 2 weeks. Unacceptable. They can reverse the sale, then file a claim with their carrier. It's not my problem that your vendor can't figure out how to drop off a package to my front door. Like I said, Amazon does it nearly every, for years, and gets it right 99% of the time. I'll never buy from a small channel like EZContacts again. Lesson learned.

Positive: The order process was straightforward. Typical experience with onsite ordering.
Negative: Submitted insurance information on the side including uploading insurance documentation. Kept receiving emails to follow up on submitting insurance information from multiple different emails. After 5 or 6 emails, I finally responded that I had already submitted my forms online and even sent it to another representative on another email, do not email me again unless it is someone from the management team.

order was delayed - but that was fine, I understood. then when my glasses arrived, they were damaged. Very disappointed.
I have had two instances where the lens pop out of the frame. It was a real hassle to return them and get different frames. Not sure after being a long term customer I will be back. There are way too many options out there these days!
Package was delayed, I paid extra for faster shipping. My sunglasses came with damage on the frame so now I am waiting for EZcontatcts to get the return of my glasses and send me a better pair. Hope they get here faster than the 1st time.

I ordered my glasses and put in my prescription, and it was an estimated 4-6 weeks for delivery. And 6 weeks passed before i finally emailed them wondering what was going on because my glasses hadnt even shipped. And i got an email from support saying they were closed for 2 weeks due to some jewish holiday?

My order shows my purchase date was April 17th however it was March 31st. I recieved the glasses today only after several phone calls and emails later. I understand with current world conditions there are delays however when I called to follow up I was treated as if I was inconveniencing the customer service rep. I think this is my last order.
For the last 3 orders of contacts, there has been at least one contact per box that is ineffective; I have had ones with rips, ones that just don't sit flat on the eye because they are misshapen, and today I opened one that was completely dry and hard with no contact solution in the pod.
My prescription is off in the last two pair. I returned one pair and was told I would only receive 50% of my purchase. Afraid to return the second pair because I won't get all my money back. Not feeling good about this because all my other purchases were perfect according to my prescription.
I have ordered many times before but this time my shopping cart order keeps adding an extra box charge to my order. I am in desperate need of contacts fast so I finally placed the order even though my charge is double what it should be. I am hoping it can be fixed on your end.
I was very unhappy with customer service representative when I called on Monday morning 8/10/20, the worst customer service experience especially spending the amount of money, I wish she had gave me her name.
Communication and tracking was non-existent once the order was submitted. I contacted EZContacts after 3 weeks and my order was pushed. The glasses arrived with a bent nose piece and the lens profiles were not cut correctly to fit the frames leaving a slight air gap at each top corner. I sent detailed photos of the issues and EZContacts made me feel like they weren't defects and pushed me to go to my local eye care facility to get them reassembled. EZContact however, did allow up to $20 reimbursement for any work that had to be performed by the local eye care facility with an itemized receipt of work performed. The other option was to send the glasses back but that involved paying shipping, risking additional payments, and another multiple weeks without glasses. All-in-all I have glasses that are "just okay" and I constantly think about the gaps in my frames. I saved about $40 compared to my local eye care facility but it wasn't worth the hassles. I would not use EZContacts again.
I like the fact that my order gets to me quickly but this time I was disappointed because my order took a long tine to get to me and I never heard from the company until I emailed the company and asked about my purchase. I wish I would have been updated about the delay of my purchase without me having to ask first.
It took 2 months to get my glasses, and when I was advised to order another pair you guys didn't have it.
By default they use a highly unreliable shipping method called UPS sure post. Now they want me to wait an extra week to file a usps claim after we already waited 2 weeks for the glasses instead reshipping them.
My glasses were made with my prescription and shipped out within a reasonable time frame. My issue comes with the fact I paid for 2 day shipping and it took 4 days to get them after they originally shipped. I reached out voicing my concern that I paid for 2 day shipping and did not receive them in that time frame, that I received them in a normal shipping time frame which would have been free if I selected that option at checkout. Never got a response when I asked for a refund for the 2 day shipping that I paid for since they couldn't deliver in that timeframe.
I had the product in my cart, was waiting for chat/email response regarding product then got a message removed from cart before I could check out.
I emailed EZcontacts about a problem with my order, and I was supposed to receive a response within 24 hours, but that has yet to happen.
I paid for 3 day shipping and it's been 4 days. Still haven't received my contacts and the tracker says it hasn't even been processed yet..
Nice inventory, but dumbfounded by the lack of customer service. No responses to chats, emails or calls.

To an eye glass shop and have them readjust them frames. Covid made the mail take much longer so that wasn't an option for me and most eye stores do. It wanted to readjust frames you didn't buy from them
