When I first saw what EZ contacts were selling my brand for (Acueview Oasys 2 weeks disposal) I was super skeptical. The price was around $15 less, maybe more- I said to myself "no way" totally impossible. Long story short, got the contacts. Was in OEM packaging. I am very satisfied with the product. The reason I took off a star was because the CS rep was giving me a little bit of a runaround and couldn't really explain the answers to my questions. Otherwise it was an awesome experience!
It was very easy to place the order. Glasses arrived fast and they were perfect.

Ordered on 5 November 2016 and here we are on 13 December and I still haven't received my glasses. The customer service lacks the capability to address real concerns and the standard mailing option of 5-7 days is extremely misleading because the EZcontact uses snail mail which takes forever and has limited tracking. I've sent emails to customer service and they are clearly being ignored and when I do get someone on the phone, no reasonable solution is being provided. I ordered a pair of glasses from a different website on 1 December 2016 and I received them already. EZcontact is the most inefficient and ineffective company that I've purchased prescription glasses from and I would never recommend to anyone. At this point I'm pursuing a refund.

Do not order from this outfit! You will get charged for the product with a order confirmation and then nothing from there on. I called them, then provided an email follow up with no response. The next step is to get my money back and based on these responses I have my work cut out for me.
I found this website and got SO excited because they carried the frame I was looking for and it wasn't going to break the bank. I ordered glasses on November 3rd, understanding that delays may happen but knowing they would let me know if anything delayed the process. They were delayed in the warehouse but I wasn't contacted by their team like they stated they would do on their website. No biggie, I work customer service and I understand how crazy it can get. I contacted them via live chat and the person who "helped" me clearly had no idea what they were talking about. They promised things (when my order would ship, for example) that were entirely wrong which was very frustrating.
I finally got tracking information sent to me and got excited to get my glasses. No dice. USPS lost the package once it reached my city (not the company's fault) so I contacted them. They were willing to issue a new order for me and I was happy to give them the information they needed to send me a replacement order. That was 10 days ago.
I have received no shipping information, there is no information on the website that I can see to tell me if a new order is even being processed and I've just given up on this order. I'm ready to ask for a refund or to cancel my order but I need these glasses and I can't wait for another company to fulfill an order. I will wait for these glasses but I will absolutely NEVER order from this company again.
I've been as patient as I can be when it comes to something that I literally need to be able to see and they've barely been helpful. Especially as someone who works in customer service for a company that provides products to customers I have a high standard for how customer service should be. I've been disappointed on every level and I'm just done with this company.
Willing to go extra and above to please my request. Excellent products and reasonable price. Will return again!
The frame of my Nike sports glasses was broken. I googled on the web to search for a replacement and found it on EZContacts with a very good price. I ordered it from them. Their services were excellent. They help iron out all the issues that I have promptly.
Maybe I was insanely unlucky, but I ordered two pairs of sunglasses, and neither pair showed up when they were supposed to. In fact, they both showed up two weeks late, and when I inquired as to why, the response was that it was impossible to actually estimate an eta. I then asked for a refund on the shipping since I paid for something that wasn't applicable, and they offered me 5% off (the same deal that was on their site) and I never received that either. Only order from these guys if you have a month to burn...
I wanted to leave a review simply because I was very nervous before ordering from this site. I read some reviews that weren't good, and some that were. I tracked my order and chatted with a support representative throughout the process to be sure that everything was running smoothly. SO happy to say that I received my order right on time, and the product was exactly what I wanted. It came with a nice case that matched the brand, as well as two microfiber cloths and glasses cleaner. I'm SO happy with Ezcontacts!
I was searching online for eyeglasses (Frames only, but they also sell lenses) and found that the BEST PRICES, hands down, were at EZContacts.com. It's really not even close... One would assume that because their prices are so low, they skimp on customer service, but that's not the case! Reached out to them via Chat/Email/Phone to inquire about their return policy, upcoming sales, and more, and they were very helpful, courteous, and just a joy to deal with. I highly recommend EZContacts!
I first thought the deal I was getting was too good to be true. I ordered anyway and I'm so glad I did. I literally got the glasses I wanted for 50% off the retail price! On top of that their customer service is great. Would highly recommend this company.
Seriously, I don't normally take the time to write reviews but this company is just full of lies. RUN AWAY! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.
I ordered glasses on Oct 5 and have still not received them by Nov 22. I called 3 weeks in a row and was told the same story, that they are in the lab and will be out next day. This company should not be in business as they can't manage their orders.
I ordered contacts from EZ recently and did not receive an email confirmation immediately (but did later in the evening), so I did some research and found a lot of negative reviews. I was worried so I cancelled my order. I now believe this was a mistake and unwarranted. They might not be as responsive as some companies, but they have good prices and my knee-jerk reaction was just that, and I feel bad. They are obviously a smaller company. I won't hesitate to order from them next time. Both the person I spoke with and emailed were very pleasant, courteous, and professional.
Would not return my call or 3 email's so I could return my prescription eyeglasses. They sent the wrong Persol frames? WTF
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
