VERY VERY UNETHICAL, IRRESPONSIBLE, UNPROFESSIONAL! Firstly, item arrived with bottle badly dented. Secondly, due to warehouse repacking did not use any protection materials at all- no bubblewrap, no styrofoam, no EPE foam, no crushed newspaper, nothing. Thirdly, as a result, severely damaged.
