This company is the same fraudulent as EZ AUTO AUCTION that duped lots of people of their hard-earned money. I was a victim, I lost a total of USD17,500.00 to EZ AUTO AUCTION.

As of January 2021, the prosecuting Federal Attorney General put the owner in jail (Merkourios Alexopoulos), and "Mark" is currently serving a 3 year sentence and required to make all fraud victims before 2018 whole, but the FBI is willing to consider more cases against his company after 2018 since the company is still operating, so I encourage everyone scammed by these people to file their own claim with the FBI: It is called a IC3 crime complaint. By the way, my research discovered that they do not have offices in Indianapolis, or Las Vegas, or Florida as you will be lead to believe, so filing with those State's Attorney Generals' offices will end up going nowhere. The FBI is our best chance. My opinion: Lets put David in jail with his business partner, Mark! So many people hurt by these crooks...

I bout my first car from them then I received the car to UAE Dubai the car completely damaged they mentioned run and drive but car was completely damaged they fixed with glue
And I applied to refund my deposit until now they didn't process keep telling waiting refund department then they stopped answering
Don't wast your time and lose your money
I won an aucton the week of Christmas 2019, They demanded payment late on a friday and monday was a holiday... they hounded me every day for payment. Sent the check and got radio silence. Numerous calls, txt and emails went unanswered. Finally told two weeks later that my winning bid was denied and that the car was sold to somone else. What? Ok. Np send me the check back? Right? They said it would take 90 days to process? WTF. This is crimial acitivity, They are taking funds from everyone with no intension of returning the funds... I'm sure we are all contributing to their 401plan. These guys need to be prosecuted and thrown in jail. It's now Feb 29th I have not had a single txt email or phone call frm them regarding my refund. Wiill file in small claim court.
Criminals... I bought a car from Coparts and it was delivered to my house within two weeks of winning the auction. Coparts is the way to go... EZAUTOAUCTIONs is a total scam. Stay away.
This company stole $5000 from me I bought a boat from them in paid top dollar and never received it also bought a maserati and and it was supposed to run and drive the car was totaled. Didnt start bcm had caught fire before i recieved it
