EZ Auto Auction helped me to buy a great car in a really affordable budget. Totally satisfied with their services and aftercare. I will definitely recommend them to others. Shall come back each time.
As of January 2021, the prosecuting Federal Attorney General put the owner in jail (Merkourios Alexopoulos), and "Mark" is currently serving a 3 year sentence and required to make all fraud victims before 2018 whole, but the FBI is willing to consider more cases against his company after 2018 since the company is still operating, so I encourage everyone scammed by these people to file their own claim with the FBI: It is called a IC3 crime complaint. By the way, my research discovered that they do not have offices in Indianapolis, or Las Vegas, or Florida as you will be lead to believe, so filing with those State's Attorney Generals' offices will end up going nowhere. The FBI is our best chance. My opinion: Lets put David in jail with his business partner, Mark! So many people hurt by these crooks...

Here is an August/2021 update provided to me regarding the Indiana Attorney General's Office. They now report that EZ Auto Auction has gone out of business, so they are closing the multiple complaints out doe to no active business and no known assets, Please be aware EZ Auto Auction was under a criminal complaint review as of February 2020 for 2019 business practices until now.
Summer, 2019, I filed a complaint with the Secretary of State's Office and it is now in the Attorney General's criminal division: Michael Buckman is the in-house counsel in charge of this investigation ( c/o Consumer Protection Division, Office of Attorney General Curtis Hill, 302 West Washington St, Indianapolis, IN ******* p: *******977).
In the process, I have discovered this car I tried to purchase was licensed in California and the DMV Investigation Team informed me that there are no records that EZAutoAuction ever tried to transfer title into my name. In the meantime, I have also been told by AG's office that they have other people that have joined in this criminal complaint. Feel free to share any progress you have had against this agency, and I will do the same. I have documented all the information I provided above and will be opening a FaceBook page in the near future so we can all share what EZ Auto Auction is up to.
Mr. Buckman said Indiana law states a car dealer has 31 days to deliver title after purchase. If this does not occur, a consumer would need to send a letter demanding title in 10 days (which I sent certified to them in August 2019) and if the title is not received in those 10 days, the consumer would be able to return the vehicle for the purchase price and any costs incurred. They refused refund me and give me title to a car I had paid for in full upfront: I paid $17,500 in May 2019 and NEVER receive title for the car they claim they had sold to me. I honored the 90 day resolution clause in their DocuSign contract, before I acted upon these complaints.
If anyone has already started legal action against them, please let me know and I will continue to post updates on the site jabber website or contact me through my aol account at adams340
Tip for consumers:
You will get referred to their *******@ezautoauction.com email. My experience is that this was just their attempt to string me out and hope I went away, but that's not going to happen...Now (Summer 2021), it will for sure not happen if they are truly closed.

Dear Bob, we apologize for your experience but we are unable to guarantee title delays from the insurance companies on salvage vehicles. We are able to help expedite duplicate titles through 3rd party companies that assist with lost titles, insurance companies closing down, filing liens, posting bonds etc. We apologize for your experience but EZ Auto Auction is under new management if we can assist in helping you with a title please contact our offices.
I bought vehicles from many platforms but EZ Aution Auction is best from them because they have nice collection which generate a great interest in everyone
This company is the same fraudulent as EZ AUTO AUCTION that duped lots of people of their hard-earned money. I was a victim, I lost a total of USD17,500.00 to EZ AUTO AUCTION.
EZAUTOAUCTION.COM website is currently shut down. Be careful.
I won an aucton the week of Christmas 2019, They demanded payment late on a friday and monday was a holiday... they hounded me every day for payment. Sent the check and got radio silence. Numerous calls, txt and emails went unanswered. Finally told two weeks later that my winning bid was denied and that the car was sold to somone else. What? Ok. Np send me the check back? Right? They said it would take 90 days to process? WTF. This is crimial acitivity, They are taking funds from everyone with no intension of returning the funds... I'm sure we are all contributing to their 401plan. These guys need to be prosecuted and thrown in jail. It's now Feb 29th I have not had a single txt email or phone call frm them regarding my refund. Wiill file in small claim court.
Criminals... I bought a car from Coparts and it was delivered to my house within two weeks of winning the auction. Coparts is the way to go... EZAUTOAUCTIONs is a total scam. Stay away.
As I took a Salvage car from EZ Auto Auction because they have a vast salvage cars collection and you can choose from 1000's and their employs are really helpful.
This company stole $5000 from me I bought a boat from them in paid top dollar and never received it also bought a maserati and and it was supposed to run and drive the car was totaled. Didnt start bcm had caught fire before i recieved it
They are really trustworthy, I took a car from them by online auction. Which is same as they shown as in auction which shows its commitment.
Dear Mr. Adel, we apologize your experience was not pleasant. We do not guarantee the condition of Salvage Vehicles purchased from Insurance Company Auctions. All of the vehicles are sold on an AS IS BASIS. All of our contracts are very clear prior to purchasing a vehicle. We do offer third party inspection services for additional costs.
