Please be aware EZ Auto Auction was under criminal complaint review until they were reported closed.
February 20, 2020

Here is an August/2021 update provided to me regarding the Indiana Attorney General's Office. They now report that EZ Auto Auction has gone out of business, so they are closing the multiple complaints out doe to no active business and no known assets, Please be aware EZ Auto Auction was under a criminal complaint review as of February 2020 for 2019 business practices until now.
Summer, 2019, I filed a complaint with the Secretary of State's Office and it is now in the Attorney General's criminal division: Michael Buckman is the in-house counsel in charge of this investigation ( c/o Consumer Protection Division, Office of Attorney General Curtis Hill, 302 West Washington St, Indianapolis, IN ******* p: *******977).

In the process, I have discovered this car I tried to purchase was licensed in California and the DMV Investigation Team informed me that there are no records that EZAutoAuction ever tried to transfer title into my name. In the meantime, I have also been told by AG's office that they have other people that have joined in this criminal complaint. Feel free to share any progress you have had against this agency, and I will do the same. I have documented all the information I provided above and will be opening a FaceBook page in the near future so we can all share what EZ Auto Auction is up to.

Mr. Buckman said Indiana law states a car dealer has 31 days to deliver title after purchase. If this does not occur, a consumer would need to send a letter demanding title in 10 days (which I sent certified to them in August 2019) and if the title is not received in those 10 days, the consumer would be able to return the vehicle for the purchase price and any costs incurred. They refused refund me and give me title to a car I had paid for in full upfront: I paid $17,500 in May 2019 and NEVER receive title for the car they claim they had sold to me. I honored the 90 day resolution clause in their DocuSign contract, before I acted upon these complaints.

If anyone has already started legal action against them, please let me know and I will continue to post updates on the site jabber website or contact me through my aol account at adams340

Tip for consumers:

You will get referred to their resolutions@ezautoauction.com email. My experience is that this was just their attempt to string me out and hope I went away, but that's not going to happen...Now (Summer 2021), it will for sure not happen if they are truly closed.
