I bought a pair of prescription sunglasses with progressive transition lens 8 months ago. Initially I was very pleased. The price was good, they fit well and the lenses resisted scratching. But after about only 7 months of light use the frame started to fall apart. First one of the rubber temple arm covers fell off and got lost. (Note: the picture below shows the arm with the repair I made using shrink fit tubing). Then one of the nose cushion pieces fell off. When I contacted the company they basically said "tough luck, our warranty is 30 days". The only thing they offered me was to buy a new frame for $75. I submitted a review to the company website but they never published it. Every published review is overwhelmingly positive so clearly they filter out anything negative. Save your money, stay way from Eyewearcanada.com. And be aware that they have similar websites for other countries. This is a US company.

Plz plz do not buy from this site I tried ordering basketball glasses for my son ordered it in December they gave me no updates about it no tracking number or anything to identify the pacakge they said this is because the shipping is slow mail. That where I should have known this is not a good site to order it eyewearcanada but shipping from China and there based in the US. On top of not getting any updates on my order I constantly had to ask customer service for an update and when they said it arrived I did not received the pacakge it had been lost. And when I ask for a reorder in January they tried charging me shipping 40 dollars for their mistake and it February now I lost 145 dollars and my son's basketball season is ending and it still didn't arrive I still had to ask for an update for the remake and today[Feb 5] it said it was delivered however it was returned although I live in an apartment they never left a post slip or anything and when I went to the post office they couldn't find my package because it didnt have a tracking number i told them about slow mail nothing and the company refuses to give me a refund. Overall just trash I wasted too much time and effort and I can honestly say this site a scam plz avoid them it frustrating losing money u worked hard to earn
