I've been waiting two weeks for my glasses after paying for priority shipping but they messed up and didn't bother to call and say they need an ID for verification of my card which I've never had that problem online before and the only way I found out they weren't shipping them out yet was because I called four days later to ask about the status which they didn't bother calling me about they claimed they sent me an email I never even received and didn't bother calling when they had my info so I asked for a refund on priority shopping which they did but after waiting days again after being promised them last week I called the manager today and she was disrespectful and interrupted when I was speaking when I was trying to explain the whole reason I was frustrated and all she did was go on about how their machine was down so they're sending them priority to everyone who ordered but can't do anything else other than that... Whoopty Doo! I already paid for that just to get them faster but in the end im waiting longer than I would doing free shipping! They are rude, unprofessional and lazy! Do not order from there it's not worth it! Never again will I even look at that site! Hopefully the supervisor will do something about it but I highly doubt it they don't seem to care about their customers! They also like to blame their mistakes on the customer!
I purchased a pair of Anne Klein sunglasses from EyeDocShope, they shipped after a month, stated they had to send to another place, their edger was not working. Then the post office lost my sunglasses and they were returned to them instead of delivering to me, apparently the box was so damage, they couldn't even read the label, so instead of EyeDocShoppe checking them, they just put them in a new box and sent them back out to me. When I received the box, the sunglasses, nor the case had any packing material in it, so from CA to FL, it just got tossed around inside a case and inside a box two times its size and both case and sunglasses arrived damaged, the glasses were not wearable, they were so lopsided, the top left side of frame was sticking out and the right side was in and the case has several holes in it. I called them to ask how I was supposed to wear these frames and she said I checked them, they looked fine so I shipped them back out. I said did you try them on? She said no, I said you should have because these frames cannot possibly be worn, you should have actually checked them, not just looked at them. So I had to return them, I actually put packing material in both the case and box to prevent any more damage, not that it mattered at this point. They made some adjustments and returned them to me dirty (fingerprints and all) and were still not even/level, with a sticky note that said "manufactures only provide one case per frame. I did include one of our travel cases for free. If you need other adjustments any optical store can help you. Morgan" Now the case is damaged because of their lack of packing material, the sunglasses were damaged due to the lack of their packing material and that travel case is the flimsy open ended "cases" that won't help protect against anything. Oh thank you so much. So I will never purchase another pair of glasses or sunglasses from them again.
Where is my order? Looking at the reviews, you suck. So I'm contacting my credit card company and reporting you to the BBB
They beat my stores price by 5% just as advertised, but you need to email them about it. Now I will buy all my glasses here.
Answer: They don't return emails or phone calls either. I think they are a bad company. I wouldn't deal with them again.
