Website runs well, is organized well, it does have some very minor quirks with organizing listings on a portrait-orientation 1080p monitor but I've seen far worse using other websites in that configuration and it does not impact usability. Overall quite pleasant, cant wait to get my frames!
The first half of this review was written when I hadn't received my frames yet. I found I had ordered the wrong size entirely, but talked with their customer support and was able to get a replacement WITH my prescription instead of just trying to shove my existing lenses into new frames, no charge. For all the shortcomings our world's encountered in recent years, this is a light in the dark. Thank you guys!
