EXCELLENT SERVICE- I had accidentally ordered 1 fewer items than I had intended, and within hours, the company emailed me alerting me to the issue, because I had one more engraving in my instructions then medals ordered. I planned a race for my birthday, and with a month out, I googled race medals. I found your awesome site, and found the medals I ended up going with in the bargain section.
After placing the order, I found that I had to make a change to the shipping address. Your company responded in less than a day, and had the address corrected.
Let me end by saying that the medals were the hit of the race, and were worn at the party afterwards!
Medals look great!
Navigating and ordering from your website is super easy. The picture of the medal was very true to the product I received. My only complaint is that I had wanted the medals inscribed on the back, and they were not. I did receive an e-mail a few days after I received them saying they had refunded my money for the cost of inscription.
