I ordered a plaque and the engraved box on the bottom was silver but the raised picture on the top half of it was gold. Wish there would have been an option to make these the same color.
4 trophies broke during ceremony glue not sealed detached from bottom. Not sure if other broke. Looked amazing just broke

You offer a great variety of products at an incredible price. I've used your company twice before and have been satisfied. It would be nice if I could "left click" on your products so that I can open multiple windows to make comparisons. Also to improve on customer service's ability to return voice messages and emails. I never received one and had to make a third contact before my questions were answered and advice given on how to get exactly what I need.
The medals we ordered were received promptly and quality seemed good. We needed to contact customer service and our email was responded to promptly. Kudos all around for quality, service, and promptness.
