Not easy to find any information about time needed for engraving and shipping. Doesnt seem to appear till checkout. Can't tell if i would recommend or reorder a product till the first order is filled and delivered satisfactorily.

I was looking at buying medals from another company, but my principal said it costs too much...until I saw your website and prices. He gave the okay to order from you. You have great looking medals for amazing prices. I was so pleased with the actual product too! The medals and ribbons were perfect! I plan to order these medals every year for my end of year awards.

Tried to use Paypal, but your checkout refused to recognize that I had already selected Paypal and kept asking for payment method. In the end, I used my credit card.
