Web site was very slow 05/17/2018. Made placing the order time consuming.

Arrived sooner than was supposed to which was great cause they made it in time to give out.

The package was delivered to the neighboring school.

Paying with PayPal should not require me to go thru and type my address. Other merchants have it supplied thru PayPal. Also, there was a number to text for a discount. I sent the text twice and never received a reply. Otherwise, I am satisfied with my purchase.

I said in my order that I need it on 5/22/2018. I didn't receive it until later that day after we already had to leave to go to my grandson's Kindergarten graduation and it was too late. I paid $23 extra in order to receive it faster...as I indicated I needed it BY 5/22/2018. I was very disappointed and my grandson in Kindergarten did not get his trophy at the time of his graduation.
