A little clunky on the first time order as I tried to create an account and order at the same time, but once my account was created the order went through perfectly! Love the time frame of getting something engraved and sent! My order arrived within 5 business days, I was really impressed with the ability to get an order, engrave it, and have it delivered!

The initial engraving text I entered did not show up in the details of the product in the shopping cart so I had to delete the product and the choose it again. It would be nice to have the ability to edit a product in the cart.
