Didn't get to use the new customer coupon due to website error and the website crashed and I had to start over resulting in a second order being produced which I didn't want

Hi, I gave 3 stars for the price, only because shipping to Australia cost so much when the package didn't seem to be very heavy. The Shipping ended up costing more than the medals themselves. Also, I have been purchasing medals from you for the last 4 years, and earlier on, a certain amount of engraving was free - unfortunately this is not the case any more.
I found exactly what I was looking for.
When I received it, it exceeded my expectations.
The person receiving it was thrilled with it.
