The site is very easy to use. I found the items that I needed very quickly and the cost of the order was very fair. The fact that I was able to get these medals engraved in the way I wanted them. I ordered medals for our Pop Warner football teams (2) they engraved a medal with exactly the way I wanted them with the boys name on them, the same with the cheerleaders teams (5) the medals had a different engravements and the girls name, and then I had 54 medals that was for my kids that had outstanding achievement and they were done beautifully also. So to put this into a few words, "I WILL ALWAYS ORDER FROM EXPRESSMEDALS"

This has been a wonderful experience. The delivery was received one day prior to the day I needed it without have to increase the shipping option.

The girls were very happy because no one had ever given them participation medals before. Next year I will be sure to do it earlier so that I can have the year engraved.

Would be nice if you offered a reminder service sort of like send flowers by phone does but until that time I will be sure to add it to my own calendar because your service is stupendous and the email response is great.

Prices are good. Sent question got a quick response. If you can get engraved medals to me in less than a week I will be uber impressed. Had a bit of trouble paying with PayPal. I think it finally worked though. Update. Ordered late Saturday night from Washington State. Medals engraved beautifully and arrived on Wednesday with their standard $5.99 shipping. Amazing! Even more amazing was the price. Other parents were shocked at how reasonable the price was. Inexpensive but not cheap. Excellent customer service. I even had to correct a name spelling I initially sent wrong. They got it and let me know they were on it. Communications outstanding. Highly recommended. Thanks for a great customer experience.

The value I received was very high for the money I paid, I will be ordering again in the very near future, my order arrived undamaged and was what I was expecting. I am overall very pleased with the service and the product I purchased. The only thing that did not go as expected was that I bought 15 ribbons for 15 medals and one ribbon was missing, but customer service quickly responded to this and I got my missing ribbon within a couple days of contacting customer service, which I really appreciated!
