The entire experience was awesome. One thing that was confusing, though, is the engraving process. That screen could be more clearly organized... even if there is a spot that says that there are no choices. I realized AFTER I received the medals, that the back could also have been engraved.

Your site was easy to use and navigate which is great. I also felt that the prices were up front and honest. I searched on other sites where the lower price for a medal was dependent on how many you ordered which was frustrating for me because I need around 100 medals not 1000 or more. Thank you for having fair prices for event coordinators with smaller venues. Also, Mike from customer service was awesome in answering all my questions thoroughly and promptly. Update - I had to order three more medals because I had miss counted. I contacted customer service and they let me know that there was no issue at all sending out three more right away. They were so understanding and helpful. Customer service was fantastic!

I have hosted previous karate tournaments and supplied them through crown awards, Expressmedals.com cut my awards cost in half and provided a far superior product. Easy navigation. Straight forward checkout
The UPS delivery system needs to be looked at. This is the 2nd time it happened, where i place the order and i have to be present home to receive it, UPS takes it back saying it requires signature. This time they dropped it off to some pharmacy where i had to go pick it up.
Please call UPS next time i place an order and let them know NO SIGNATURE is required and just leave it infront of my door. This is a BIG hassle for me and it past my date of request.
