I really appreciate the simple and cleanliness of the website layout as well as the quick and easy ordering process. Thank you to customer service for responding promptly and being personable. It was great to find a business with integrity offering economical value of their products compared to other companies who marked up their products skeptically claiming to offer the best value. Thank you Express Medals for a smooth transaction with their delivery service and products. Extremely pleased with the medals and trophies ordered. Really appreciated the free trophy engravings feature and free selection of medal ribbons in various color options.
My suggestion to enhance the ordering process is for the business to incorporate a visual element for consumers to be able to virtually see what the ribbon colors will look like when attached to the medal design they're ordering. A simulated visual to see how the ribbon color(s) look on a medal can help the consumer visualize a more appropriate and coordinated selection to prevent confusion or ambiguity. Thank you.
Super easy with great shipping price on medals. However when I received them medals some of the pictures were sort of peeling away from the medal itself.

All worked out in the end, but it was a bit of a disaster when I received the wrong order.
I contacted you asap and we worked on a solution for me to forward the order I received and you remade my order. We did procede with our awards ceremony without the medals.
You will continue to be the place to use for Girl Scout awards. I will also work harder with my other Girl Scout leaders to be able to submit my order with more lead time to allow for any situation. The important thing for us is that we recognize our young girls and I'll do my best to keep this as my goal.

The pricing and delivery were excellent. The medals did not come with the standard ring for attachment. The piece used looks like something for a lanyard. It made the medal look "cheap." One of the medals was supposed to have the ring attached, and it was broken off in the package.

We had 1 broken trophy when they arrived. I contacted Expressmedals and they had a new one sent out that day! I made a mistake on the engracing for 1 series (3) of trophies and they also corrected that for me. Great company and very friendly to deal with. Thank you!
