It's been a simple process and the selection is great
The only real complaint are the peanuts used in the packaging. They are hard to get rid of and they last forever in the landfills. Use paper instead. Also... Split larger shipments. One box for 13 trophies, plaque and medals is not enough. Stuff gets damaged.
Good stuff cheap prices the guys enjoy them
The product looks the best of any online. Ordering process needs just a little work. To make it easier for selecting 1st 2nd & 3rd place medals. You should be to do this without having to go back each time. This gets a little frustrating. Otherwise. Great so far. Thanks.
After receiving the medals, I was very pleased with the results. We were putting on a an event for our employees and we wanted something special for a good price. We really got it from Express Medals. Far superior to anything else I found! Prompt service and delivery. If that is was not enough, they followed up to make sure I got my order and it was correct! I feel like a real customer again!
Would have preferred a different font on medal (I've used a larger Italic in the past) but if I didn't order it with the old font it's probably my fault for rushing the order.

Fast service, fast delivery time, and cheap prices.
Express medals came through with short turnaround time with a big order request.
Only recommendation would be to have engraving on the same page as the items instead of sending a separate email with engravings.
However, I am extremely impressed with the turnaround time and prices.

The medals are good quality heavy weighted medals but I didn't care for quality maybe more so the color of the gold or bronze ribbons. The ribbons look cheap but the silver and black are sufficient quality. I would like to have had the medals a much larger size that would look better on an adult rather than a child.
