Bought a Nexus 10 tablet in March 2014, recently had some wifi issues with the tablet and returned it for repair. After a few weeks I called for an update to be told that they were re-issuing the tablet for a 2nd repair?
After another week i had heard nothing and I am now past the 30 days repair window they mentioned to me. I was offered a refund or exchange and was then told an exchange would not be possible as they have none in stock, so i agreed on accepting a refund which happened almost two weeks ago. After many more calls to Expansys, I have still received no refund, can never get to speak to a manager and worst of all, they don't even appear to update the records after each call. They are the most shambolic company i have ever had to deal with.
Great for prices at the time of purchase but useless should anything go wrong with your product. Absolutely no chance of ever buying anything from them again.
Wrong product sent (Chinese market applicable and operational only), return accepted only on the terms of holding shipping and GST and not refunding return shipping. In the first communication they convinced me it is Global version product and they only sell Global version phones. When I sent them a photo with model number I received a bold rude response. I regret not looking at all bad reviews and taking them more seriously.
I have ordered an item value of 1k usd and paid for speedy delivery, they sent me an email requesting proof of address - since then (it has been a week) there is 0 communication, no replies, my emails ignored, there is no way of reaching out to this company and I feel I will never see my money back.
Placed order for Tamron lens on 8th FEB 2023. Today is 10th MAR 2023. I still have not receive my item. It's over a month! Tried to email their customer service but they responded that they were not sure when is the item will be shipped. Now they totally ignore my emails. Please Beware, do not buy from this scammer website. They are cheaper by 20% compared to other legit sites so buy at your own risk.
I placed my order on 28 Oct 2022, untill no the item didn't ship. I paid for 3 to 5 days shipment. Many emails were sent but no reply. I requested to refund since they are not able to provide the item also no feedback.
They sent me a "phone" that is the worst crap I've ever seen! I sent it back to them and I want my money back, but they haven't responded for over a month! Never buy anything from them again! They are scammers!

Not sure how these guys are still in business. I ordered a phone which shuts itself randomly. I emailed Expansys on *******@expansys.com with in seven days of delivery as advised on their website. I received no response. I sent another email after a week asking for a refund and again no reply. Today I called the customer services and had a hard time explaining that the product is faulty and I need a refund. First I was told that I should have contacted within 7 days and as its been more than 14 days I will receive no refund but just a repair which might take a month. When I complained that I sent an email within 7 days of delivery I am told that I should have contacted about the faulty product within 1 day of delivery. I was surprised how these guys have created rules on the fly. I am refused a refund because I failed to inform the very helpful customer services about the fault within 1 day of delivery. I am not sure how I could have spotted the random shut down of the faulty phone within one day. I will avoid these cowboys in future.
Ordered a camera lens from Expansys. Sure, the price was very good and you will be tempted by the price. The lens was listed as in stock but after I ordered it, I received an email saying that Expansys was waiting for stock fulfilment before it could send the lens out. When I contacted the customer support, a Akin Leung replied to say there was no stock at the moment and he could not tell me when the stock would arrive. However, he said that I could cancel the order if I wished. Many attempts at contacting Expansys for updates or further information were met with the same standard response.
In the meantime, the listing for the lens lens was changed to say "will order stock when order is placed" or something like that. This appeared to support Akin's assertion that there was no stock at the moment. So I waited. After a few days, the listing was changed to in stock with only 1 item available. I immediately contacted Expansys to ask if the stock had arrived and if it will be sent out soon. I told them that if there was only 1 unit in stock, it should be sent to me instead of being listed on the site as available. I received the same standard reply from Akin. After many frustrating emails after that with the same response from Akin, I mentioned cancelling the order. Akin was very quick to seize on it and immediately cancel the order. It seemed as if they were just waiting for me to cancel the order.
I do not know what is their business model or what is the purpose of making a buyer go through all that. All I know is that they do not seem genuine about honouring the deal and their customer service is horrible. I strongly suggest everyone stays away from them!
SCAMMERS. They took my money and failed to ship the product, and now will not respond to any of my inquiries about it. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM
