Don't ever make a deposit and make a trade with this broker because they will make loss of your hard-earned money under the guidance of their trade manager. Thru calls, they will persuade you to make a deposit and promise that "even it is your first time to trade no worries, our expert trader with long years of experience in trading will help your money grow" but just overnight... your money was lost after that your account will be blocked.
Murat and daniel two people i know so far is constantly disturbing me by calling day and night inspite of telling them that not interested in trading. They also threatened me that they will keep calling and share my number to illegal third parties. What action can be taken against such frauds?
No matter what is the market is doing for them the most important thing is to convince you to deposit money on your account, initially they allow you to trade with your 200 usd but immediately they ask you for more money and then your money is gone.
I wish to those people to face a proper legitimate sentence where finally they will be incriminate.

Excentral is a scam, says 15 days and then dragged until way more than a month. Then tell me it has been done but don't have a proper proof, just sent me a few columns with make up info with no date. If we all join hands together, we can jointly file a complaint against them with the South African Authority and request the authority for cancellation of their license and claim our money. The ombridge group that has started this platform is a scam too. They are cheaters and they should not be allowed to get away from this. This broker is now under investigation by a licensor as a totally dishonest outfit. I have reported it to both the FSCA and CySec. I applied for an account and deposited US$1000 but then changed my mind so did not complete the verification process. Its terms and conditions state that 15 days after no verification, my deposit will be automaticaly refunded. Of course, no refund has been made and countless emails to Support completely ignored. The replies in which a lying rep says to contact support to discuss the problem is a nonsense because any contact will be totally ignored. Do not have anything to do with Excentral.

Support line claim that guide me on how to trade, but he just keep ask me deposit using my credit card limit with all amount. If my card cannot deposit any amount, he will just ask me use another card. When he teach me, his guide trade all my balance and make me lose so much. When I perform withdrawal request, they give me a call, asked me to cancel my withdrawal request, then they state in order to withdrawal, he say I need perform a trade, which I already done and lose so much but he just ignore and he say and guide me to buy all on COTTON. F in order to make the withdrawal with my remaining balance, and all my balance turn zero in few minutes due to lose. Great new way to scam people.

I enquired online about buying a new cryptocurrency and within seconds they called me. They seemed pushy and something didn't seem right, so I changed my mind. This was almost two weeks ago yet they still keep calling me and when I've answered they have been very aggressive and threatening yet one of their 'traders' accused me of being 'aggressive' to his colleagues - what hypocrisy. Long story short, Excentral needs to be shut down. In the meantime, I warn any potential investors, DO NOT MAKE CONTACT WITH EXCENTRAL.

In fact, when i signed up and saw those hundreds of assets like crypto, comodities, stocks and so on, i had no doubts to invest in this company. Also, once i was on the go to a business meeting, and i was phoned by the excentral representative to work on some orders, as they had serious and effective signals, i didnt have a laptop with me but thats great i could use the mobile app to trade. Thanks to it i got additional income. Keeping in mind that i don't make deposits lower than $5,000, i accumulated a lot that time!
