Ok where do I start? We ordered a paper on Friday@ 9:24am to be turned in the following Monday by 9am. On Sunday night I called the 1-855 number because we hadn't heard anything back from them. They let me know that the paper would be delivered within 11 hours and 45min (which left us no time to proof read it incase there were corrections that needed to be made-my first paper I sent back to them 3 times for "serious" corrections). Ok... So Monday morning when we got up and checked. Still. No paper! So I emailed them again and was told at 8:42am that it would be delivered in "43 min". So I emailed them asking for a return call (no one called me after 3 emails requesting a phone call). So I called them back and now at 11:00am (2 hours late) they are asking me for 3 to 4 "more" hours to complete the paper! NO ONE DID THE PAPER! They lied to me 3 separate times! Now I have the option that I can either "cancel" my order or give them 3 to 4 hours to complete... I CANNOT BELEIVE THIS PLACE. Don't waste your money or your time!
