Purchased a "Luxury" Magnetic case and 2-in-1 charger. The case was far from luxury… cheap materials, frame doesn't protect fact at all and, most importantly, didn't fit my phone. Charger looks good, charges phone well, hit and miss on air pods. Tried to return case and got into several round back and forth with their customer service team. Submitted 2 negative reviews for the product, neither has been posted. Put a negative review on the Facebook page and got blocked… but not before I could poke around and see that several of their positive reviews are from fake profiles. Posted a review on Trust Pilot and the company said I hadn't bought their product. Joke's on them… now verified with Trust Pilot. Sham company. Avoid.

I ordered a black 3 in 1 charger with a 7-14 day delivery. It turned up a month later and the black charger had white universal adapters. I wanted to return for poor service and the product not being what I ordered and was told it doesn't fit their return policy. I thought if a customer wasn't satisfied or product received was not what was ordered i should get a refund.
