I had a bad delivery experience but that was only due to UPS delays - evo was fantastic throughout the process.

I appreciated the tutorial videos and buys guides. It was great as a first time buyer to have all the info organized for me.

My package delivery was delayed 2 days due to weather, which is part of why I choose to not provide a higher rating in that category.

Delivered on time. Very well packed. Accurate tracking information by email with no need to check any other web. I will buy on Evo again.

I'm glad that you ship to Canada, but shipping fees are expensive. Your main advantage is that no Canadian stores offer the jacket I wanted.
