Shopping and delivery worked well

Shopping and delivery worked well. Price was about 10-15% higher than competitors during late winter ski sales (typicall 30-35%) but Evo had my size/color. Other companies seemed to sell out faster.

This product didn't come with bindings

This product didn't come with bindings. I was absolutely not going to buy skis without bindings, so this was a big miss on my part--perhaps I got very tired and careless by the time I placed my order. At the same time, more could have been done on the evo webpage for the product that I bought to make the lack of bindings more obvious, such as a section on bindings that says that the price doesn't include bindings and a link to suggested bindings. Even after the fact (after product was received), it was difficult for me to figure out which bindings would go best with the skis, and then which brake size. Part of the difficulty was in finding the exact waist width of the skis that I bought. There was a waist size listed on the evo webpage for larger sizes in my skis, but not in the size that I bought. It wasn't necessarily a given that the waist size in my skis would be exactly the same in mm as in the larger size. So here, again, the info provided on the website could have been more complete. Then there was the issue of trying to figure out whether a mounting plate would come with bindings; and then the bindings that I thought should go with my skis were sold out at evo.com and most other places. Again, this could have been mitigated by providing a link to the right bindings, along with binding buying info (much like you have for ski boots). And if the best bindings for this ski are sold out, a link from the sold out item to most similar alternatives.

The shipping option I chose guaranteed that the item would arrive by Thursday, but it did not arrive until Monday, meaning the equipment could not be used over the weekend on the slopes.

The splitboard was as described and i didnt find it and cheaper any place else. It is brand new in its original plastic wrapper and Burton zippered packing bag. The item came quickly.

FOUND A HOODY IN SIZE WE NEEDED THAT WE COULDN'T FIND ELSEWHERE AND GOT THE BOOTS TO BOOT SINCE OTHER SITE DIDN'T HAVE THE HOODY - LIKE THE ONE-STOP SHOP AND APPRECIATE THE FREE SHIPPING WHICH OTHER SITE DIDN'T OFFER. GOOD JOB EVO! :)

Very easy to navigate, the packaging on the snowboard wasn't too good. There are scrapes on the nose and tail because they came through the box. But other than that my experience was very good.
